The room was clean, and the bed was good, apart from the pillow, but it just was not my type. An airport shuttle is nearby, buns for breakfast were amazing.

Conditioning, had to have the window opened and it's kinda loud outside.

It was difficult to find, they didn't answer the 2 emails sent days before and my family and other passengers ended up in another hotel with the same name in the middle of the night. It was closed and the only way to get to the right one was by calling the hotel through booking.com. the bathroom needs better cleaning

Good spot near Orly airport. . Rooms were small but efficient, beds were comfortable. Although the rooms are small the hotel has areas inside and outside that are designed for guest to use and are very welcoming and comfortable areas. A very pleasant, well priced hotel near Orly airport. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel shuttle as advertised by hotel is a generic shuttle used by other hotels. This was not a problem but it does mean that you have a walk of about 10 min. To reach the-main door of reception after the drop off stop. This is important to be aware of esp. if you have mobility issues, a large amount of luggage or are travelling with children . There is a gate that you could access from the main road, which would reduce the walk , however it was locked and when we called we were told to walk around. This is unfortunate. .

Hotel is fine for an overnight stay before a flight. BUT…

When I arrived at the hotel I asked the woman at the reception for the shuttle times to the airport. She gave them to me. So next morning I went down to the front entrance about 5 or 10 minutes early. I walked out to the entrance of the car park to be sure in case the shuttle didn’t actually drive into the hotel. The shuttle Time comes. No shuttle. A few minutes later I went back in to ask at the reception. The same woman as when I checked into the hotel yesterday. I said to her the shuttle didn’t come. She then said. Oh it doesn’t come to the front door monsieur. You have to go out that way. “That way” was a door marked “emergency exit” out to the back of the hotel. Then you have to cross a car park, go out a back gate turn right and walk about 50 meters to the shuttle stop. Absolutely Impossible to find if you are not informed. I said that to her and she said “it’s not the hotel that decides where it stops it’s the shuttle company”. I said it didn’t matter where it stopped as long as the guests knew and asked her why she hadn’t told me the night before when I asked the times. Like “attention monsieur the shuttle doesn’t come to the front of the hotel” and given me the directions. She just shrugged her shoulders. As far as she was concerned it wasn’t her problem. She was totally unhelpful. I’ve traveled the world this has to be one of the stupidest (I don’t really want to say people so I’ll say things) that has ever happened to me. 30 minute wait for the next shuttle. I nearly missed my plane. Luckily I had allowed extra time to get there. Fawlty towers.

Perfect location for one night before catching a flight. Super easy free shuttle bus to the airport. And located right next to McDonald’s which is a bonus

Price. Air conditioned rooms with proximity to McDonalds.

Rooms were dusty and front desk service was not friendly or welcoming. Many times we were bypassed by staff behind the desk.
