It was a short stay with very low price for this comfortable hotel. Breakfast has a variety of options, it was very good. Room was clean. Every process is simple and they're well-thought. Good to have a password system for doors lock instead of holding room keys. The hotel responsible was very kind & helpful. My only problem was the noisy air conditioner and the weird water noise from bathroom at night. I say weird because it sounds like someone is snoozing. :)

I am very understanding of the fact that sometimes things might go wrong and I tend to ignore certain things that other customers may not out of understanding for the difficulties that staff face in running a property. With all of that said, this hotel is among the worst I have ever stayed in. The lobby smelled terrible upon check in, something resembling rotten tuna, their entire check in system is incredibly confusing and difficult if you arrive at the wrong time, the bathroom was dirty, and the climate control was broken and smelled of mold. It was a generally unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I do not intend on returning.

Not modern at all. The air conditioning was not functioning correctly so the room was warm. Semen stains were on the walls. the room smelt like cigarette smoke. Overall the place needs refurbishment. Loud in the hotel, random people seemed to be lurking in the hallways.

The hotel is a bit tired needs some tlc I'm the rooms and all around. Staff were welcoming and friendly the bathroom smelt on arrival so I had to open the window and buy some bleach to clean the surfaces 😟

Staff was rude with my family because we didnt speek their language very well. And the day we left, we had a flight at 07:30am so we had to leave hotel at 05:00 and it was closed!! Nobody to open. We started screaming and nobody came. Nearly lost our flight.

The machine at front door couldn’t recognize the booking number , but finally I saw the inter phone and talk to a worker, he helped me find my bookin number in their system, and I eventually could go inside. The air conditioner was dirty, and room is small and not very clean.

We booked a room for four persons, two adults and two kids. Room was dirty and very small, carpets were also very dirty. Stairs to the second half-floor were too narrow and dangerous, you could slip away easily. Toilet-sit was broken, shower drain didn’t work properly stopping the water from flowing away. If someone wants to move to the other side of the room (to the closet or sit behind the small table) he has to wait for his turn and until the other moved aside because the room was very small with a double bed in the middle of it. The only positive points were the friendly staff and the airco. I would not recommend this hotel( if you can call it so) to any family or someone who cares about hygiene. It was also too far from the city center. Price was also too much for such place.
