Excellent place to stay.

The hotel is close to the airport, has a reliable shuttle, is on the tram line connecting you to the metro. Staff were excellent and helpful. Great bar, food was really good. Highly recommend it.

I missed the first shuttle because it was dark and you couldn’t read Mercure on the side. Didn’t let it pass twice!

Very very dissapointing

Poor breakfast for the price, no orange juice left, no coffee left, staff not fixing this. Shower had black mould in between the tiles.

Perfect for those whose flight departs early in the morning

- Variety of choices on breakfast - Good soundproof (I could not hear airplane noise) - Free shuttle bus (departs between Mercure and Ibis hotel, and arrives in front of the Orly airport terminal 2 where one can go to terminal 1 or 3 inside the building, takes about 5 minutes, shuttle bus on every 20 minutes) - Fast checkout (one can just leave the key in the return box at the reception)

- it is near the airport but if you plan to take a taxi then you need to book it early because due to the location being so close it is difficult to get accepted by the driver - i booked because they have a free shuttle bus to the airport but ended up not being able to use it because of its operating hours. double check your arrival and departure times so you can take advantage of it

The breakfast food was not as varied as expected. It was tasty and nutritious but there was not much choice.

Very convenient location for a short stay , close to the airport , with shuttle bus and also a very good restaurant.

On the corridors it was smelling like cigarettes smoke though it was a non smoking area

Facility is closer to the air port

Room AC was not working, room had smell, room was very small, no toiletries available other than hand soap, they put hand soap for shower and bath, some room light don’t work, found 3 spiders in room. Breakfast was not great. Etc…

A very good stay even though the dishes at the restaurant were too expensive and it didn't worth it.

The rooms were comfy and I did enjoy the bathroom with the Nuxe products.

Good choice for a stay near Orly Airport

Hotel is fine. New. Good choice for staying near Orly Airport. Well connected the Orly Airport and Paris public transport via Tram7, which has a stop right outside. They also offer free shuttle to Orly Airport in the morning and the evening! The room was normal for French standards. Had everything you need.

Staff is young and not quite experienced. They were ok but you can see the lack of experience in dealing with customers.

My stay was wonderful. The hotel is modern. I was with my familly 2 adults, 3 childres. The breakfast was very good. Go in this hotel. The free bus to Orly airport was in time. It takes 5-10 min. to Terminal 4.

Underwhelming from start to finish

Entire experience was underwhelming. Disinterested check in. A bar that didn’t have the first three drinks on the menu we ordered. Smaller room than the photos suggested. Just an average meal. Poor value for money. Airport shuttle was great.

The room met all the expectations, a respected chain standard. The only hotel that had a safe during our 17 days stay in France. The staff is very friendly and professional, special thanks to Diana) Good that there was a shuttle to the airport, since my flight was early in the morning. A good place to stay. You will find really tasty food at the restaurant - hats off to the chefs.

A parking space shall be paid separately - 19 Euros for 1 day. The shuttle buses aren't available during 8.00-19.00, which isn't convenient when your flight is during the day.
