This time, I would not recommend it.

The hotel is located just outside the city centre, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Despite its location, it offers excellent transportation options, including easy access to the metro and bus services, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. Next to the hotel, there is a small shopping centre that includes a Carrefour market.

Unfortunately, during our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which disrupted our relaxation time after a long day. The noise from the construction team was loud and constant from 9 AM onwards, making it impossible to sleep or relax. The sound of drills and hammers was unbearable. We were not informed about the renovations before our arrival; if we had known, we would have chosen a different hotel. Additionally, we were unable to change our room to avoid the noise, and the staff was unable to assist us. For our five-night stay, the coffee, sugar, and other essentials were only replenished once. The floor in our room was dirty as well.

Disappointing stay in an unwelcoming property.

Located close to public transport. Air conditioning.

Receptionist rude and dismissive of guests waiting to check in including ourselves. Did not feel welcome. We felt we were inconvenient to the hotel. Check-in supposed to be at 14:00 but well after 15:00 before we were checked in. No explanation or apology offered. Bathroom had only two towels. Previous guest’s long hair in bath. No hand or floor towel. Carpet stained.

Very nice location and staff

Very nice location, 15 min from metro or train. Good staff at the counter, helpful and friendly. Room is clean, bed is comfy! Maybe a little fridge to keep stuff cold during the hot days but a fridge makes noise so I can understand! Overall it’s a very nice place to stay for a weekend

An excellent cost/benefit hotel at the fringe of Paris 14eme.

I was moving to Paris and used the hotel as a base before settling in my new home. Located in Arcueil at the fringe of the city limit, but well connected by public transportation. Next to a shopping mall and a big supermarket. It was the single hotel pet friendly I could find near the 14e arr in Paris. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff was accomodating for my ederly mother´s special needs and my dog. And an excellent cost/benefit hotel.

It is a simple, but clean and friendly hotel. I did not have high expectations for the facilities in terms of leisure. I would have welcome though a mini bar in the room.

very nice rooms, clean and comfortable. the people working there were able to help for some questions. next to a bus station and 10 minutes away from the metro.

the rooms are old smoking one, so it smells a little bit. way to expensive for the breakfast or restaurant.

The short distance to the meeting place

The room is very bad. The Window does not close firmly, it is small, the floor is dirty and very weared. It is noisy.

The floors are full of stains and are dirty in the rooms. To leave your bag in the reception you have to pay five euros and to get your room before checking you have to pay 30€. The isolation in the room was also really bad. You can hear everything from other rooms and the corridor.

Quiet place very convenient for my job and giving the possibility to have meals on place

Excellent location regarding my work place. Good breakfasts and the possibility to have diner at the hotel

No possibility to cancel one night following a planning change in my work. The second day when I arrived, I found my room's door opened. No possibility to change room's temperature. Unpleasant smell of cold tobacco in the hallway when I arrived. No tissues available in the bathroom. The protection at the bathtub does not prevent water splashes on the bathroom floor. The third night, I have been awaken by the fire alarm around 1 o'clok due to someone taking a shower in another room???

location, value for money

not clean - the bed linens had not been changed and were from previous guest the hotel moved us to another room (clean this time) without staff even apologising it is really disgusting to think that i could have slipped in a bed with unchanged bed linens from previous guests

I had hope for a nice and more beautiful place to stay, unfortunately this is the way it was.
