Hotel is decent good value for money . Its basic conditions very conveniently placed bus stop and metro across the road . Helpful staff,. Overall it was a decent 2/3 star experience.
No air conditioning although fans were in room .

The location was opposite an RER station.
For Paris standards room was spacious including a kitchenette and bathroom.
Thr bed was comfortable and it was quiet.
.Good bathroom and shower.
Understaffed. Self service check-in which went ok, but no idea what support would be available as unmanned.
Seemed to be one person doing breakfast and reception. Run off their feet, reflected in the degradation of service in the breakfast room.
I know I booked late, but pricey.

A bus stop and tram line B is just opposite to the hotel. Hotel were kind enough to store our luggage for few hours after checkout.
There was a strong sewage smell in bathrooms which made our stay very uncomfortable.
