The location was opposite an RER station.
For Paris standards room was spacious including a kitchenette and bathroom.
Thr bed was comfortable and it was quiet.
.Good bathroom and shower.
Understaffed. Self service check-in which went ok, but no idea what support would be available as unmanned.
Seemed to be one person doing breakfast and reception. Run off their feet, reflected in the degradation of service in the breakfast room.
I know I booked late, but pricey.

Closeness to the train station.
We arrived late, around 11:00 p.m., and hadn’t received any instructions in advance about how to collect the keys, even though we had informed them of our arrival time. We called the person in charge, and although he answered, he didn’t seem very interested in helping us. It was quite unpleasant to arrive with a child and not be sure whether we would be able to sleep in the room or have to spend the night outside.

Location good as very near the station. Location quiet. Staff did help when asked.
Contents of the rooms was lacking. There crockery and cutlery were incomplete with missing items. Bed sheets didn't fit the bed so didn't even tuck in. No soap in the bathroom. Only one chair to eat at the table in a double room. Check in closed at 8.30 so if you arrive after then, good luck getting into your room. Slight smell of poor drainage in the bathroom. Kitchen sink was blocked on arrival so no idea why this wasn't noticed in cleaning.
