Practical for the airport but not a lot of comfort

We booked the hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the shuttle-service. Unfortunately our son's flight was delayed beyond the shuttle-pick-up hours so we couldn't use it. To visit Paris from the hotel the journey with tram and metro took around an hour. Quite long but easy and cheap.

We booked a room with three single beds. One of the beds was undersized-- only good for a child or a small adult. The room was not spacious but ok for a one-night stay. The breakfast was quite disappointing -- the produce served was "discount-quality", it felt like the hotel was cutting corners on the breakfast.

Looks old now, needs renovation The bathroom did not even shut ! Carpet is really old. Surrounding is not good. Don’t go walk around !

Unbearable!

Close to airport with a shuttle

AC did not work and it was around 30 C. Impossible to sleep with window open due to noise and people smoking underneath window - impossible to sleep with window closed due to heat. Hotel did advise AC was out and they were attempting to fix but can it really take weeks? Some kind of discount should have been offered - this was not even humane!

The bed was big enough.

No air conditioning even though it mentions that there is air conditioning. Shuttle service from the airport pickup was very late. We had to wait for an hour after calling them to arrive.

Free shuttle service for 6 passengers only, others have to wait half an hour or pay 35 eur.

A standard hotel for 1 night before/after your flight. The airport Orly is within 3 km.

Beds uncomfortable, bathroom with no space for your stuff. The worst thing about the hotel is the free shuttle service to the airport. We chose this hotel exactly because of the announced shuttle service, as we had an early flight. Those who are also interested in shuttle service, please be aware that the shuttle starts at 5 a.m. and repeats every 30 min until 11:30, than they make a pause until 13:00, the last shuttle departs at 13:30. After that, they restart service from 15:00 till 23:30 upon request only. And the so called shuttle is just a minivan for MAX 6 PASSENGERS. We came to the shuttle stop at 4:50, it was already full, but did not depart until 5:00, though the queue was about 10 people already at 4:50. We had no choice than to ask the receptionist to call the taxi for us. The car arrived and it was not an official taxi however! They charged us 35 eur for less than 3 km!!!! And this illegal transport was ordered by the receptionist! Be careful with it , or better avoid this hotel.

they advertise the shuttle but it was only on demand, but that is not specified in the listing. we went to take the shuttle at 5 am and they told us it was full, only fits like 6 people. also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had an early flight.

Will never go to the hotel ever again! Not clean, Very small, arrogant reception lady, bad hotel

I wouldn't go there again! :( We reserved a room via booking.com and when we arrived the receptionist told us that she had to check if there were any rooms available since they were fully booked and we had to wait long after the expected checkin time requested on booking.com. Not a lot of food in breakfast which is not value for money. Room cleanliness is very bad; sink is blocked, and the shower water goes down very slow from drain. Towels very small. Room very small compared to the photo we saw for the room we booked. No TV stations which are in English on TV. No cold AirCondition so I wasn't comfortable sleeping. No plugs next to the bed. Lighting is very low; only lamp on bedside table and lamps next tot the tv, no ceiling light. Bathroom very small and stinks when we came in. Flushing makes a lot of sound even during the night. Elevator size very small to take up luggage to the room. Reception service was horrible. We requested a late check in on the phone and the reception was all ok with it. When we came to checkout late the reception lady was arrogant, hostile to us and almost cussing us out and shouting and told us to pay for another night at the hotel so we were forced to pay for 2 whole nights before we leave but we only stayed one night at the hotel. Lastly the shuttle service was late the one time we used it and there was no help to load the heavy luggages in the van. I will definelty not go to this hotel ever again in my life, there are definitely better hotels which much more better value for money. Bad experience 100%

Overnight at Orly

The location is perfect if using it to travel in or out of Orly. There's a free regular airport shuttle every 15min. The check in staff were VERY friendly and helpful.

The room was small and a bit "tired", but quite adequate for an overnight stop. It's not a direct reflection of the hotel, but the adjacent restaurant (which is the only place to eat nearby) was extremely busy, anyone relying on eating there might want to book ahead. Portions were huge, but the quality is average.

The lady at the reception was very polite and helpful. A free shuttle service to and from the airport makes it a good choice if someone wants to stay somewhere close to the Orly airport. Overall the room was top quality

Everything you need without extras and at a very good price.

It was not luxurious, but everything was well designed to balance economy and comfort. The shuttle was available on time, and everyone, especially the shuttle driver, was friendly and helpful.

In the morning I need to have milk, but not breakfast. My companions was coffee but not breakfast. This need to be available separately.
