don ‘t recommand this place

nothing really

they took our towel when they clened the room and acted like they don t know anything they would come into your room whenever they wish and not even knock on the door the rooms are very small and the toilet too in the pic they look better but it reality really cheap it s too expensive for what they offer beds were dirty , the floor as well ,very cold in the room , noisy during the night neighbours are very noisy staff don t know english

only thing I liked they do have an automatic check in machine.

the hotel personals are not nice. Due to some critical situation we had to leave one day earlier. I asked last days refund from receptionist, he told me to contact to their manager. I wrote an email, and they refused to refund my money back for the last day that I did not stay. You should make some excuses for your clients. I will never go back to stay again in this hotel.

The staff is superb at customer service The young lady at the Front Desk on the morning shift is kind, friendly and helpful with a lovely smile. The man on the afternoon/evening shift is super friendly and helpful and a sweet man. A + Mornings I get fresh coffee out if the machine in the lobby

Rooms need ventilation as smell damp, no microwave oven, limited breakfast, staff was placing croissants in the trays with their hands directly ( poor hygiene ),

All in all, we had a pleasurable and comfortable stay at Première Classe Hotel.

We particularly liked the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. The mattress was comfortable. It was great to have free internet as well.

The room was a bit small, especially once we had all of our luggage inside. The pillows were too small for our comfort.

L accueil de Mr Bernard, très accueillante

Le distributeur de boissons chaudes : nous sommes déjà venus il y a plus d un an et il était HS et là toujours je trouve ça abusé d autant plus que pour le matin nous partons bien avant le petit déjeuner, la taxe de séjour est un peu élevée à mon goût

Le Monsieur de l'accueil n'était pas souriant ni agréable. Le chauffage ne chauffait pas la chambre. C'est la première fois qu'on refuse de me mettre au congélateur un bloc de frais pour le transport médical du traitement de mon enfant.
