nothing. At the hotel was terrible, dirty and stinky place

On the reception was bad communication, one guy was non professional. I have asked if he can order Taxi on next day morning for me, answear was yes, but he did not order. Early morning he said give me a number of credit card and so on, than I will order a Taxi for you. He said that he has no time for me and other. But I saw that he was sitting whole time on chat and he was watching something on PC. Once again, I will not recommend this hotel. Bad place, really bad place. Zero profesion from staff side.

The room would have been perfect I'r was easy to get into the shower, car pack a wee bit doggy ,

Fortunately we had only booked one night in this hotel...that was enough.

Breakfast was very limited. It was a continental breakfast but there was barely anything set out & it was the only receptionist that was also taking care of breakfast & we were made to feel as we were being a nuisance by asking her to provide food for our breakfast. We were told that they had run out of milk. The breakfast table was next to the reception desk so no privacy at all. The location was on a very busy main road with no facilities such as bars & restaurants nearby. It was very noisy at night time with rowdy people constantly around the hotel. The rooms were scruffy & the carpets full of allsorts of stains.

It's very convenient because it's closed to the train station and if you need to catch a train the following day. The room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable and I really appreciated that tea and coffee were available in the room

Le café offert du matin a cause de la nuit blanche suite au disputes répétitives des chambres d’à coté

La réactivité de l’agent veilleur de nuit a laisser faire et ne pas maîtriser le bordel fait par les mauvais clients qui ont empêcher tout l’étage de dormir correctement

Hôtel peu agréable...

L'accueil sympathique a l'arrivée et au départ.

La saleté apparente des couloirs a la moquette immonde. Le bruit de certains "habitués" de ce que je pense etre ( je suis un ancien responsable de l'action sociale) un hôtel social. Sans mépris aucun pour les résidents, peut-être serait-il judicieux de réserver un étage sur les 7, pour les touristes de passage.
