My thoughts on my stay left
The dinning area clean
There were meant to be English in the residence there was none so nobody could understand me I. Had some ants on my bedroom floor my bed clothing never changed floor in my bed ŕoom never cleaned bathroom shower rims unclean under toilet seat un clean never washed your towels and Icould not as no washing liquid you seen only the cleaner not often in house I. Had no WiFi some times at 8pm no tea I did not feel very welcome by the ones there when I did see them I asked if allowed coffee I could not understand so they made there s and another lady but not me I felt very un welcome I would never recommend to anyone the money I payed in could have had a lovely house or hotel over payed I could not even get combination lock to work Had to get some one lucky I had my boyfriend there who did talk French or ii would have been stuck also had to phone to get owners to get into place no towel always left in toilet I have never been to a place like this before so poor not happy and had booked double bed but they Saif no 2 singles. Why would I want 2 singles when there was 2 adults so would not give double
Very poor never go back and put me in a upstairs which stairs so narrow. I have had back operation and so found it hard to use .p

Disappointing
This place is convenient for anyone needing to stay close to Orly airport. It is located in a nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and clean.
I booked at this residence because it is located near the airport and is pet friendly. I informed management that I would be travelling with a friend and a 12kg little dachshund. I requested 2 single beds and was assured that this was arranged.
We arrived at the place around 21.00 and getting into the house was relatively easy.
Our first surprise was finding out that we have to walk up 2 flights of stairs. The spiraling staircase was so narrow, that even a stick person would have to suck their stomach in, in order to move comfortably. Zero chance of bringing up a bag bigger than a school satchel, much less a suitcase.
My little dog tried to climb up, but after 3 steps he fell down the stairs. Thus l had to carry him the 2 flights of stairs.
The 2nd surprise was finding a double bed in the room after l specifically requested 2 single beds. We discovered the next day that a room with 2 single beds was on the first floor, which would have saved me having to carry my dog up that extra floor.
My friend had one look at the bathroom and told me that she won't stay there and found alternative accommodation for herself.
Yes, the bathroom was a sight one would rather forget in a hurry. Even though the toilet seat was up, the person who was there before me, either had bad aim or saw double as there were drops of urine all around and on top of the porcelain.
But one can not blame the aimless one for not cleaning up after himself, as there was not even 1 sheet of toilet paper to be found.
I had a look in the bathroom cupboard, hoping to find another roll but all I could find, was a small sponge and some cleaning spray, which l assume was used to clean the shower, basin and the toilet. Yikes.
The kitchen was slightly better. After washing out a cup very thoroughly, I made some tea, which was kindly provided.
The kitchen was quite well equipped but after seeing the state of the bathroom, l was not comfortable enough to use more than a cup and teaspoon from there.

O colchão estava super desgastado, uma verdadeira cratera…
Existiam duas portas no estúdio, uma que servia de entrada principal, depois outra em frente à cama, essa estava trancada. Mas fomos incomodados várias vezes durante a noite( pessoas da parte de fora a baterem e a falar alto).
O alojamento tem muito pouca altura, a passar da cozinha para o quarto existe uma coluna, á qual tinha de me baixar para não bater com a cabeça ( 1,87mt).
Ventilador a fazer um barulho horrível, só de manhã percebi que podia desligar no quadro elétrico.
Foi tão mau, que tinha pago duas noites e só lá fiquei uma…

Rien, nous sommes partis en pleine nuit
Nous sommes partis en pleine nuit. Le logement est rénové dans un sous-sol sol, et la vmc fait un bruit du diable toute la nuit. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir car elle était juste au dessus du lit. Nous sommes partis finir notre nuit dans notre voiture. A fuir absolument.

1. Non-respect de l’offre annoncée :
L’établissement ne respecte pas la description de l’offre indiquant un logement non-fumeur. Des traces et odeurs de tabac sont constatées, en contradiction avec les conditions annoncées.
2. Atteinte à la tranquillité et à l’intimité des locataires :
Une personne se présentant comme agent de sécurité circule librement et de manière répétée dans les parties communes, sans motif apparent, causant gêne et atteinte à la vie privée des résidents.
3. Travaux inappropriés en présence des clients :
Des travaux de rénovation des fenêtres ont été effectués alors que les clients étaient présents, provoquant nuisances sonores importantes, allées et venues constantes d’ouvriers dans les parties communes (salon, cuisine) ainsi que dans les chambres voisines. Cette pratique démontre un manque de considération évident pour le confort et la sécurité des clients.
4. Nuisances sonores extérieures :
Le bruit constant du RER et du trafic aérien d’Orly altère fortement la qualité du séjour, sans que cette information ait été clairement communiquée dans la description de l’établissement.

Le rapport qualité prix. L accueil des autres résidents. Les attentions et kit d arrivée dans la chambre. Le nettoyage des parties communes quotidiennes et impeccable. Mention spéciale pour les femmes de ménage incroyable de gentillesse
Les difficultés avec les différents codes aux portes pas évident quand on connaît pas. Pas beaucoup de réseau téléphonique et WiFi de mauvaise qualité compliqué pour ceux qui travaillent en ligne. Le sens d'organisation du propriétaire.
