Great location, AC not working which was uncomfortable.

The AC didn’t work, stuck at 20 degrees, window not possible to open more than 3cm. Hallway stunk of cigarettes. However, we did get moved after complaining which was nice and more comfortable because we could open the window fully. Rooms are definitely too warm to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is close to Orly airport

On booking the hotel is mentioning offering shuttle services to the airport. They don’t have any shuttle. The shuttle is the public transportation passing somewhere around the hotel so you still have to walk 10mn to the bus station. The person at the reception just left when we were trying to figure out how to go to the airport after the “shuttle announcement”. Also the room was smelling cigarettes.

Clean and a convenient walk to the terminal

A standard, clean business hotel, a walk away from the terminal. The 15min walk was super easy to make our early morning flight.

We wanted to get food from the buffet, but the staff barely spoke english/refused to speak english and were talking about us having to get it takeaway? We didn't understand so gave up. Also barely to no vegan options. No properly working air conditioning so very hot in the room.

Our bed was very comfortable and we slept extremely well.

The Hotell room was very Clean and comfortable and we slept well. We did not sample any food as we were tired so chose to sleep. Staff were very helpful with connection iinformation on how to take the free bus to the correcr terminal.

The airport at Orly does not have connected hotel whish was a surprise and we had to walk. There are free buses that drop off near the area of the hotel but this was not obvious on arrival. The room only had one additiomal pillow available.

Fun, relaxed, interesting, convenient if you don't have too much luggage.

Just a pleasant, quirky hotel with friendly staff and a low-key atmosphere. Their buffet was lovely, they did not mind the guests hanging out on the patio or in any of the other small waiting areas. For younger folks who don't mind carrying their baggage over from the airport, there is an airbridge with stairs up, and a moving surface running across which arcs right over the roadways in between the terminal and the hotel.... unusual and lots of fun (as long as you don't have TOO much to carry! There IS an elevator (from sidewalk level to the height of th walkway) on both ends so you don't have to carry your bags up the stairs.

The only issue we had when there was that the parking garage under the hotel, though supremely convenient, had, apparently, something of an ongoing issue with the ticket machine at the entrance. It did not give out a valid ticket, and when it came time to leave, the machine at the exit was out of order so we had to go into the hotel to get them to open the gate.

Great place to stay for a quick overnight with easy access to the airport.

Great location to the airport, nice restaurant with bar, staff very friendly & helpful, food was really good at the cafe. Bed was reasonably soft. Room was very quiet.

First room I stayed in (I stayed coming into and leaving Paris) was very dark, very grey, very worn, very tiny. It felt cramped & there were marks on the walls... didn't feel really clean. Second room was better, had a better color scheme (still grey but with blues as well) & the bed was much more comfortable. It was also just a little bit bigger, & had a better view, so that helped.

Location close to airport

The temperature in the room was super warm, windows do not open and no possibility to regulate anything, climatisation didn't work. We woke up sweaty and didn't sleep well because of the heat. Room was also quite noisy, walls are so thin that you hear your neighbours peeing in their bathroom. Not enough space in the restaurant for so many people, 40 minutes of waiting, fortunately I was lucky enough to instead get the last pasta sold by the food truck, which also closed earlier than announced.

The location was ideal

The rooms are TINY. Almost impossible for 2 adults and 2 suitcases to move around. The shower is minuscule and the towels really thin. We arrived at 10:30 and the only food available was bar food, heated in the microwave by the single barman trying to serve everyone. Paid for breakfast which is supposedly served until 10:00. We arrived at 09:30 to find staff already packing things away. No scrambled egg, bacon or sausage left and no intention of putting any more out when asked. It’s poor value for a coffee and a couple of tiny croissants.

The room was claustrophobically small. The air conditioning in the room either worked at 100% or not at all. It would be worthwhile to strive for better identification. Within the same building, there are three hotels of this chain, which can easily lead to misunderstandings—both when planning the route of arrival and when finding the correct entrance to the building.
