Staff at the reception doesn’t know how to speak to customers

The location and cleanliness of the room. The staff was always available and very helpful in taking care of my inquiries.
The heating system didn't work very well during only one night and the room was a bit cold. But, the staff tried to resolve the issue following my claim, and they temporarily provided a device to warm the space. A technician came the next day to fix the problem.

The location was very good, bus station @ train station were close by. Moreover, there were two halal restaurants very close to the hotel.

The entrance of the reception was OK, clean. One of the receptionists was helpful when we arrived.
Got keys etc, when we went up, the corridor on 7th floor was not clean at all. Shower was a bit cold in the evening, but freezing in the morning at 6.30am. Not enough coffee, or milk, sugar to make a drink in the evening before the bed or for the morning, When I asked at the desk, at 10.30pm, he made a half cup, black coffee, no milk or, sugar, when I asked to fill the cup, he said it it cost 5 Euro. Was not very impressed. We asked to book a cab to go to Eiffel tower, they booked costing 50 euro but we found out our friends paid 29 euro to go the same destination. When I told the receptionist, he said you agree to pay, of course I agree to pay because I didn't know the cost being first time using bac from that hotel.

Close from the train station.
They were not supermarkets around apart from a small shop away.

Location, staff and ambience was good. Basic amenities were good
The room was infested with small black ants that are crawling everywhere. Added to this, there are bedbugs which keep coming back to have a go at you everyday. By the end of the trip, I had innumerous bug bites. The staff tried to get the room cleaned but it was not very helpful as the bugs usually returned back in couple of days. All in all, not a pleasant experience when you are sleep deprived.

It's a good and affordable apartment/hotel. Although far from Paris centre but has It's own city centre within, which is like 7 minutes walk. Close to bus stops and RER train station.
The television channels are for people who speak French only. Please, they should upgrade to smart TVs. I had to use my PlayStation to watch online.

We have stayed many times at this hotel as we have family nearby. In my opinion, it is a great deal for certain types of travellers. Let's be clear: it's a budget hotel. It's also an "apartment-hotel", meaning people use it for longer stays, so the rooms are quite spacious -- almost grand compared to what you might get in the center of Paris -- and have (very) minimal cooking facilities. It has always been perfectly clean. The breakfast is just dandy for half the price of what you would pay in Paris. It's a quick walk to an RER station that will take you directly to the center of Paris in no time. There is also a tram stop close to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to people who are looking to stay in Paris for a few days or longer, want to save money on lodging but also want a clean and functional place to stay, and are willing to navigate the RER or the tram/metro.
It's great value for money, so I can't really say that there are things I don't like. People staying here should know that there are not a lot of restaurants around, although there is one right next to the hotel that seems to keep late hours. I think daily housekeeping may be an extra charge. Contrary to popular wisdom, request a "street-side" room because the street is quiet whereas you might get some train/RER noise on the other side.

Very clean and the structure was well laid out. Our room was quiet and the electrical shutter on the window provided a very dark quiet room.
The apartment was well equipped; it had a toaster, fridge, microwave, kettle and a dual hob. Cutlery and crockery were provided too. All were clean and in excellent order.
The bathroom was clean and had a good sized shower and was well laid out with a nice sink.
Security - You need a key card to access your room (this worked fine with no issues), there was no other means however to lol the door at night while in the room. Basically, anyone who could gain a card (cleaners, caretakers, other staff) could gain access.
Communication was difficult.
If we didn’t speak French then the staff wouldn’t speak. Their English was however better than my French so it seemed it was a lack of effort more than anything - obviously disappointing given it’s a major factor in tourism. I wasn’t totally secure if their linguistic skills would come to life in an emergency.
The ‘apartment’ was a lot smaller than anticipated; basically a hotel room with a worktop.

Very convenient location. With the suburban train you can reach the center of Paris in 25 minutes.

I like the place It´s a very good hotel. The room was big and I had some kitchens equipaments like a place to cook, a fridge and some goodies.
There was no possibility to chose the room temperature and it was really annoying Why they dont let us to change the temperature.

The room was quite big and really clean. They offer late check-in. The staff is really nice and the location is great (transportation, shops, etc)

The comfort of the room (bed and kitchen) and facilities (sauna and gym). Location, very close to the river and the RER C station.
The metal shutter on the main window of our room didn't work, outside light during the night disturbed. We asked for a solution on the first day, but the technician didn't appear.

Cleaning and bed comfort
I didn’t like the fact that the hotel didn’t have enough equipment no hair dryer no shampoo nor conditioner or bathing suits also the sauna was poorly designed no stemming heat it was as if you are entering a normal hot bath

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and had a well equipped kitchen to have meals in the room. The transport to the city area and Versailles were easy, same going to and from Orly airport. The apartments were right on the river. We were worried about rail line noise but no issues. Close to supermarket and station
If you want a pretty Parisian area to stay this is not it. This is a working class area, still felt safe though.

Location is great.
Very hard bed

Good location, near the Metro station.
If you want to cook, you have to take your implements. It’s not enough what they provide for cooking meals, specially if you have kids with you and your stay is more than 2 days.
Bed and sofa-bed need to be updated, not comfortable at all.
