A great option for a cheap and cheerful short stay

For one night in between locations, it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was quite run down and the soundproofing wasn't great.

My stay was overall

spacious bedroom and well equipped as RB&B.

1-The breakfast was overpriced. 2-The staff in the kitchen ( in fact two ladies ) were very loud and noisy. 3-The deposit not being released automatically after checking out.

My stay was terrible. The staff showed a complete lack of respect. After I accidentally spilled coffee in the lobby, an employee told me to clean it up myself. When I asked for his name to make a complaint, he refused to give it. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

A decent stay but some details stay below par, such as shower and breakfast

Room is clean and met the expectation

This was the third stay in this hotel and unsurprisingly the shower head in this room was also loose so it fell from the holder. Also the plastic shower curtain is a disaster. Why not a glass cabin. This time we didn’t take the breakfast because this is so bad at this place while there are excellent bakeries nearby.

Staff were not ready to go extra mile to assist. Needed phone and laptop charger, and they couldn't assist.

They were virtually chasing me from.the room after 12 noon. Non of the receptionist could communicate in English

The listing clearly stated that Wi-Fi was included, but it was not working during my stay. When I raised the issue, the staff were unhelpful and claimed it wasn't their responsibility

Fantastic location, poor hotel

Property is in a great location with access to multiple gyms, shops (including at least one big supermarket right 10 seconds from the entrance), pharmacy, food spots etc.

Shower was broken on arrival so had to go sleep sweaty. Also found a dirty fork in the cupboard, so it’s clear that the room wasn’t inspected / cleaned properly prior to being handed to me. Worst of all, my stay was for five nights and the WiFi was down the entire time! That is absolutely appalling for a hotel. I paid 450+ to receive a subpar room and no WiFi. I had to work on my laptop for the duration of my stay, so I was forced to use mobile hotspot, which eventually drained my roaming allowance and I was thus forced to spend £20 for additional data so that I wouldn’t end up stuck somewhere in Paris with no data. I do realise the staff had no control over this, but at the very least there should be a notice on the booking site to mentions that you are experiencing WiFi problems, especially if it’s going to be down for the better part of a week. Refusing to do so is nothing short of engaging in deceptive practices, as they know customers privy to that prior to booking would most likely book elsewhere. Personally, it would have saved me a lot of stress and trouble. The bed linens were also not comfortable at all, especially in the heat.

very nice pleasant stay in a good location

well located (close to public transport and good shopping), nice large bedroom, great bed, quiet, great facilities in the room (kitchenette), staff very nice, free magazines, safe entry to the hotel with card.

the breakfast choice was limited (eggs only on Saturday, the banana on display were rotten)
