Nice reception staff.
Very poor breakfast. Room was too hot. There was lots of noise from 5am in a nearby room and then at round 7am it turned into a disturbance with a guest and the police were called. Not the hotel's fault at all but not a great experience for us.

Let down by Unsafe staff practices
The property is nice and modern, extremely clean and comfortable.
The staff on the night desk gave my key code to someone, granted yes I knew them but considering it was a lone booking (only my name on it) and I’d only checked in an hour prior and not told them I was expecting anyone, I was shocked to be in the shower and hear my door open. When highlighting this to the night staff they said it was their policy if the person could tell them enough details. When i highlighted the risk of sex trafficking, fleeing domestic violence etc they just responded that it was their policy and seemed very much like they didn’t care. I obviously wasn’t happy with this and expressed my concerns in the morning to the team leader I believe she was, who handled the situation a lot better and was extremely apologetic. However, I simply cannot rate this hotel any higher because it was dangerous practice. The rooms could also do with smart TVs
