Central Derby location Clean Nice new bathroom Locked parking behind the building provided peace of mind

The mattress was possibly the most uncomfortable mattress we've ever slept on. The divan base was tatty. We communicated our dissatisfaction to the team and were offered another unit, but neither of the codes for the key safe worked. We ended up putting our own duvet on the bed and sleeping on that which made it slightly more comfortable There was one stool and no other seating. We booked for two people and they also had only one bowl, one wine glass and odd numbers of cutlery. Plates and utensils were fine. The frying pan was 'deconstrusted' in the drawer, so we had to affix the handle by putting in the screws with the potato peeler. It was advertised as "Deluxe" but it was basically a bedsit While the room was clean, the rest of the shared halls and kitchen (only way to access the washing machine and dryer also used by long term residents) was not.

They need a blind in the kitchen window didn’t sleep the best , but was on a course so saved the purpose ,
