Nothing I left within 2 hours

Everything , it had mould in bathroom, dirty walls, all round toilet dirty, front door didn’t really lock, I could go on and say more but I won’t.

Smelly,damp,mouldy in shower which leaked Bed w as saggy and the sheets seemed grubby I've got a red rash on my back and neck it's like I've been bitten The member of staff was rude ,foul mouthed chain smoking**†††

No breakfast but tea & coffee available in room. Room small but very modern and clean.

Right on a very busy road junction so noisy until late at night and starts again very early morning. Large modern radiator but couldn’t turn up to provide adequate heating.

Good but a few little bits need fixing

Very easy to check in and out. Very close to where we wanted to be. Staff really friendly. And room was nice and cosy. Few negatives but overall i was happy with my stay.

Room was cosy when first came into hotel but heating was off during the night which, this time of the year made the room slightly cold, but more cold in the morning. Shower power wasn't to good came out very weak and didn't heat up enough. And the light in the bathroom kept going off randomly, do you'd be in the shower and boom the rooms gone dark, I had to tap the light on the ceiling a few times and often to get the might to come back on.

poor value for money, needs to be re priced. and dirty and dangerous hot water temp

nothing other than the location, which was near to where we wanted to be

most of it the radiator was not working, it was broken, the bathroom was very shabby , and unclean, not enough towels , the shower was extremely poor and quite dangerous, the water was scalding hot one minute, and went cold the next, the water is too hot for public use and could easily burn someone , this was supposed to be a deluxe room, but was a budget poor room, we also experienced strange noises during the night like someone moving furniture around

Horrid experience and cost me for the privilege!!!

Extremely disappointed, the room was very echoey for some reason, maybe due to no carpet and cheap vinyl flooring. Disturbed numerous times throughout the evening/ night by other rooms going in and out of rooms and someone coughing and bringing up phlegm pretty much all night. The room next door got told several times to turn his tv/ music down throughout evening. I travelled for work and turned up for work feeling very tired due to all the disturbances. The shower was either insanely hot or freezing. Could not wait to get out the room and go to work. Would never go back.

Disappointing. Would not recommend.

The bedroom was reasonably clean. It has a car park at the rear (although the entrance was a bit tight). Bed was comfy.

We booked a deluxe double room with patio. We were first offered a room in the attic up 2 flights of stairs. We demanded the ground floor room we booked. The replacement room was tiny. Bathroom had tired old white tiles and was reminiscent of a run down Victorian public toilet. Shower drain was clogged with hair. Towels had a faint unpleasant smell. Located on the edge of an industrial estate. Claims of a patio were exagerated (it was a couple of old chairs plonked in the car park) and it was not beside our room. There was no food at the premises. Although there were a multitude of takeaways and fast food joints nearby we couldn't find one nice restaurant in walking distance. Planned as a romantic weekend away for two, it failed. Quite a let-down. We made other arrangements for our 2nd night. How this was rated 8.1 baffles me.

A fair priced hotel that provided what a traveller wants and expects.

The room was adequate, clean and had all the facilities I required. The bed was comfortable and good quality. Access was simple yet secure.

SUTTON IN ASHFIELD AND ITS FACILITIES LEAVE EVERYONE IN DESPERATION OVER THE STATE OF THIS NATION.

ROOM WAS SMALL AND BATHROOM WAS AN EXTENSION OF THAT. YOU COULD NOT SWING A CAT IN IT, THE BED WAS UP AGAINST THE WALL ON ONE SIDE WITH BARELY ROOM FOR A PERSON TO GET IN. OVERALL THE ROOM WAS ADEQUATE FOR OUR NEEDS AND THE PRICE WAS ALSO AN INDICATION OF THAT.

The bungalow was a nice little single independent ensuite, was clean and a perfect place to crash down after a busy workday. Many grocery stores and eating options nearby. Good parking space.

Avoid this place.

Nothing it seems like it's housing imagrants, everyone was disgusting.

Wall paper falling off curtains falling apart bed falling apart, mouldy bathroom avoid this place, there is far better hotels at the same price. It wasn't even the room I paid for either. Feel like I've just slept in a bedsit unclean.

Just what we needed

All we needed was a hot shower and comfy beds. It was only a few minutes from where we were working so it was super-convenient and there were supermarkets and pubs nearby.

The accommodation was adequate and quiet. The "en suite facilities" were OK.

The room was very small, and moving around was difficult. The TV didn't work. The room was uncomfortably warm overnight. I felt that it was poor value for the money.
