Cosy but noisy

The room and facilities were top notch, stylish and cozy. Everything you need for a budget stopover.

The Key safes were very difficult to get into. The fire door leading from the communal kitchen when we stayed in room 2 was quite annoying with the upstairs guests letting it slam right next to our room. Location is central but just off a retail park throughout the night there were a constant stream of hgvs.

Excellent one night, one man room.

All was clean & tidy. Everything worked and location was exactly what I needed for one night. Kitchen is communal, but again very clean & tidy. I used the fridge, cutlery & bowls, so it was very useful. Obviously I cleaned up behind me.

Door and bathroom windows could use some sort of curtain or blind. This is just to stop the security light glare each time it come on (a cat or windy leave triggered the light alot). The windows were frosted, but lights obviously still comes in. I ended up hanging a towel over the door to block the window. This worked no problem.

Great facilities, modern decor and very comfortable.

Nothing. Overall, it was spotless and new-looking. One point knocked off cleanliness because clothes rail and the area under it was dusty and it got on my clothes but that is me being very picky!

Except for the bits I've mentioned, a really nice place, and would recommend.

Car parking was good. Room was really nice. The choice of a washing machine to use if needed.

The small details, like my frying pan was flimsy and had scratches. Non-stick coating worn away. The metal parts of the cutlery were loose from the handles. Someone didn't let the paint dry and left white marks. Blinds looked like not put up properly, not flush with the window sill, leaving a gap still letting in light.

Our room was spotless and very comfortable with a decent shower . We thought the facilities provided were brilliant . Everything we needed was on hand. We could have cooked a complete meal if we chose to. The added touch of direct communication with the hosts providing essential information was great . Location was close enough for our purpose of visiting and quiet enough to get a restful sleep. Car parking was on site was a good addition too .

The only thing which might of become as issue were the stairs as they are quite steep . However there are ground floor rooms available if you have mobility issues.

Worst even .

Nothing

This was the worst stay ever .. the location is not accurate I spent ages to find the place . Property managers are the worst ever .. a creature called Mathew who claims to be the property manager threatened to cancel my booking instead of helping me .. what happened was unbelievable.. avoid these guys at all price … I complained about the procedure and received no professional reply .. I have complained to “booking” and I am eating for a response .. the pace is soo noisy - I couldn’t sleep .. all in all I spent only few hours of my 3 nights … I had to book another place .. avoid this place at all costs !

Lovely stay

Always incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet. Stopped here on a few occasions now. The kitchen is also very handy

Clean and well kept but noisy traffic.

The room was clean and fresh. The kitchenette in our room was clean and well maintained with all the utensils you required. There was a communal kitchen downstairs but we didn’t use it. The bed was very comfortable.

The location was on the outskirts of town and on a busy junction, very noisy traffic. Double glazing would help. The shower was very slippery with no non slip mat available. We had to use one of the small towels. Only one chair in a double room? And only a small table made it uncomfortable for eating breakfast.

Convenient, with parking. Good size room and very clean.

Described as an apartment I expected a kitchenette in the room, however it was more like a room in a shared house as instead there was access to a shared kitchen. It was well equipped, but not what I had been led to think I was booking by the property description. Door in Room 1 is half glass and doesn’t have a blind, so I was disturbed each time the external security light came on at night.
