Rubbish tip

This stay was the stay from hell, starting from the moment I arrived. So I arrive to the property to be greeted a rotten smell of rubbish, which lingers all throughout the hallways to your door. It's literally like living on top of a rubbish tip. (5his lated my whole stay). I then enter the property to find it absolutely filthy, with food in bins, dirty towels everywhere and top top it off the bed had been slept in and not changed. I called the number provided to no avail. With me contacting booking. Com someone messaged me 2,3hours later and then sent someone who took an hour to so call clean for me to return and find dirty towels and unclean bedding still. Then to top it off the remote for the TV was missing. I had to wait until the next night for them to send a controller which didn't work so I was left with only access to my phone for the whole stay.

Good location! small apartment, the smell of cigarettes and drinks, the broken sofa, the smell of sewage in the bedroom, the internet is very bad! I dont not recommend!

Great location, sketchy info and not clean
It was very close to where I needed to be to attend a trainjng seminar. Parking is ample and it was easy to find.
The arrival info was sketchy, so I messaged for clarity but received no reply.
The first number given for contact didn't reply or answer any calls. The other number on the original email was answered, but apparently, somehow, I'd misread the code info (there is an additional digit which wasn't listed anywhere.
Being a Sunday, clearly it was too much effort to ensure I arrived/checked in without a hitch. Not very welcoming at all.
The emails are automated, and don't expect any reply.
Once I located the apartment (2 is on the ground floor, through 2 first doors and on the opposite side of the hallway atrium area).
The lock box is outside the apartment.
The photos on the listing look fabulous, but the apartment is on the small side. With a sofa and 2 tables in the lounge, it's very cramped.
There were crumbs and food particles all over the floor, no hoovering has been done in a while and moving the coffee table revealed more of the same.
I didn't cook, the pans are old and hopefully have seen better days.
Fridge was clean.
The bed was very soft and the mattress wasn't the best. It felt a little on the hammock side for me. I take my own pillow because I have neck issues and I've never been so relieved to have that with me.
There was a dirty sock under the bed. Bedroom carpet needs hoovering.
I gelt like I was in a bedsit that had just been vacated.
The sink in the bathroom was blocked and drained very slowly. The shower let out a lot water from the inlet when turning on but it was adequate.
Toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet properly and is a little loose.
The bins are emptied at 0500 on a Monday, and it's noisy in the apartment - not double glazed as far as I could tell.
The neighbouring apartments love to have loud tv on late at night.

Great "little" apartment, will stay again
Really nice spotlessly clean apartment. Plenty of parking and in a lovely modern warehouse development. It's not the biggest space but more than adequate for a solo traveler or a couple. Bed was super comfy, massive TV and great WiFi.. will absolutely stay again if I'm working in the area.
One or two little things missing. For someone travelling for work and staying for 5 nights it could really do with an iron/ironing board, and a wardrobe with more hanging space (rather than being filled with a spare duvet and vacuum cleaner)... Luckily I had a travel iron, but not ideal, won't put me off staying again though as the quality, location and cleanliness massively outway a couple of picky points..

overall it was nice as we just needed somewhere to stay for download festival
stunning building, bed was really comfy and the actual design/finish of the rooms was beautiful.
location isn’t the best, hard to get taxis from there and also if you want to order food it can be difficult as the postcode doesn’t come up on anything. room was missing a few things, no bins nothing to clean dishes with hardly any space in the wardrobe as was filled with hoover and spare cover. no mirror in the bathroom only one small one in the bedroom and not enough plug sockets.

It was a cute little cosy appartment. Nice shower, well decorated with a TV and WiFi and everything you need.
It was hard to find and we weren't given the code to get into the main building, but customer service was helpful and it was all sorted. Bed also wasn't great quality and was quite uncomfortable.

it is a clean cut flat with a cosy feel .. we felt very comfortable.
a few basic things were missing, like .. bins, bathroom mat, washing up liquid, soap… but nothing too serious.
