Quiet & Comfortable Stay - Added to my list of Favourites

The location was perfect for my work, an easy walk to any of the shops and restaurants yet just off the main road so very quiet at night. It was easy to find and access the property with the code provided. The place was everything I needed - clean, comfortable, well equipped and pleasantly decorated. Free off-road parking for 1 car in the car park was also welcome as was the free, stable wifi and smart TV with access to multiple apps. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was dark.

The access to the car park is very tight for a wide car like mine. One day I scraped my wing mirror because the bin collectors had left wheely bins partly across the already narrow access and I couldn't get out of my car to move them, and couldn't reverse because someone else was behind me trying to leave. Not only that but there is a step into the access gateway so you have to get yourself perfectly lined up as you have to put your foot down with confidence to then get up the step. I would say the practical things I would normally expect to be provided were a little on the mean side or missing entirely. There was no kitchen foil or baking paper to use on the single oven tray. I was left with half a toilet roll in the bathroom and downstairs loo and managed to find only one additional spare in a downstairs cupboard for an 8 day stay. Also there was a liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom without any soap in it, no shampoo anywhere and one part-used bottle of shower gel so I had to buy soap and shampoo. Fortunately the pros of the property outweighed the cons.

Comfortable stay in a well equipped and well situated property.

Comfortable stay and was well equipped for my requirements. The location is very good. A short walk to the town centre, and plenty of food outlets and a gym on the doorstep of the property. The host communicated well, there was a slight delay with my check in due to unforeseen circumstances with the cleaner attending the property. However, this was communicated well, and adjustments were made to compensate for this. If in the area again, this is a place I would use again.

Entrance to the parking is very tight, if you have a large car, take care. A shelf in the main bathroom for toiletries would be useful.

it is a beautiful home, and really cosy. it is within walking distance of the town centre and has shops, bars, and lots of restaurants surrounding it.

the entrance is very narrow for cars, so you have to be super careful when you drive in

With comfortable beds and a decent shower this is a great place to stay. Kitchen has the essentials we needed to cook for ourselves, and the wifi had a good signal. It was a little tight on the allocated parking, but this was not really a problem. Located near the town centre, so is conveniently close to shops. Overall I would highly recommend this place.
