The property owner is expected to provide the basic essential supplies when renting out their home.

The property is Clean Location is Okay

The contact number provided was invalid. I tried calling multiple times, but it didn’t work. The WiFi password was not available anywhere in the apartment; I had to send an email to obtain it. No toiletries were provided in the bathroom. Only four towels were available. There were no tea or coffee cups provided. Table salt was missing. The kitchen lacked basic cleaning supplies such as liquids or brushes. There was no washing machine soap or liquid. The TV / remote control was not functioning. Only one waste bag was provided, so I had to purchase extra bags to separate food and plastic waste.

Wouldn’t stay again

The TV did not work. The flat was unclear and still had items from the last tenants who stayed there. We were not told about having to register are cars so we will now have a £100 fine. The host was very unhelpful.

Cleanliness and location good. Comfortable, warm apartment

Could do with a spare toilet roll! No response to repeated request for a VAT invoice on previous stay, not helpful when travelling on business.
