A great place to stay and it allowed me to share my birthday with family. Would stay again but a little more attention

The property was lovely, spacious and clean…

The kitchen tap leaked and the toilet seats were ill fitted. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms. No side plates in the kitchen or baking trays etc which would have been useful The kitchen cupboard door wasn’t fixed but it didn’t affect our stay It was a really lovely place to stay and we would stay again but just attention to detail was lacking. The bedside lamp in the main bedroom didn’t have a bulb.

Cupboard door fell off when we opened it - screws found on floor. Only 1 teaspoon! No iron Only 1 towel per room No soap in bathrooms

This apartment was uncomfortable and cleanliness was poor - not worth the money we paid for it

Lots of road noise at night Apartment needs a good clean Only one towel provided - other towel was dirty being used as a shower mat in the floor - new towels were provided after contacting the owner Half opened food left in fridge - fridge dirty No hand soap or hand towels Dirty and smelly kitchen scourer sponge No sheet on one bed - clean bedding found in cupboard Other bed mattress was upside down No lamp shade in main bedroom and no bulb in bedside lamp Skirting boards badly stained Lots of dirt and crumbs on floor throughout Settee very uncomfortable No coffee table provided Stale smell throughout the apartment

Don't waste ya money

It was cosy and looked nice but too many dislikes over likes

Unfortunately, the bedroom sheets were not clean, and the kitchen floor was quite slippery...we found ourselves sliding around quite a bit, which wasn’t safe. Also, there was no iron provided, which made it a bit difficult to get clothes ready during our stay. And there was a bad smell.

Very clean, comfortable beds, very modern, cosy, close to amenities and very friendly owner.

This place is indeed a home away from home. Very, very clean and has everything you need as a family. Very close and easy access to shops and amenities. Owner was very friendly and available to answer all questions and allowed me check out late. I will definitely stay here again:

Good Value but please sort the lighting.

Great location for the centre of town. Interesting architecture in a Maltings conversion, loved that. Spacious, high ceilings, easy entry with access to the apartment via a sent code on the day. Clean and Tidy. Good heating. Quiet!

Just a couple of things - couldn’t connect to the WiFi (we tried the password on the router but it didn’t work) and their was no lightbulb in the primary bedside lamp plus my friend didn’t have the correct plug to plug her bedside lamp in as well. Over head lighting with bare lightbulbs/no shades does not create the cosiest of atmosphere, which was a real shame.

Dirty place

Would be a nice place if it was cleaned properly.

Not cleaned. Food still left in fridge out of date milk ect .all utensils were in washing up rack ,hadn't been vacuumed .dead flies and spiders on window sills .cannabis found in a bag in cupboard..

Terrible communication, lack of care

The building looked amazing parking on site

I entered the apartment and it looked inviting and warm but as soon as we put bags in the main bedroom I knew something was wrong , 1 towel on bed , went in em suite , 2 towels screwed up n wet in sink , rubbish left in bathroom , toilet not cleaned , went in other bedroom 1 towel again on bed , I smelt pillows and both bof da had a perfume smell so weren’t clean , kitchen had dirty plates etc in dishwasher , filthy sponge scourer on sink , tea towel looked like it had cleaned a dog , with a salt sticker stick on it , all in all we decided we couldn’t stay so booked a hotel elsewhere , I did try to contact host however as phone said not able to connect and my messages and email ignored nothing we could resolve So we left as we found it Waste of £100 and cost me a further £139 , get your act together , wd are hoteliers ourselves amd id of died if my guests had experienced this
