Good little house, just what we needed for our break. 3 bedrooms which was great. Very quiet in bedrooms, great sound isolation. Fans provided - thank you very much. TV with freeview channels.
I would recommend the window in kids bedroom to be locked, there was no key provided, I was a bit nervous kids would mess about with it. Also hot water in taps is boiling, burned my hand, I think settings on the boiler could be changed to adjust hot water temperature. A coat rail would be appreciated for downstairs. Pillows were not great and I think should be replaced. Other than that all good 👍

Not enough comfortable seating - only able to seat 4 people - not adequate for a 3 bedroom house - 2 seater sofas uncomfortable Lots of traffic noise - on main road
