Nice place, sort the shower out.

Good location. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. Comfy bed.

Unfortunately they have an issue with the shower, with it being freezing cold. The taps are hot but the shower isn't. I have pain issues and rely on a warm shower to help the pain. So this kind of ruined my stay. So was disappointed.

Excellent meet and greet from Susan. All facilities were appropriate, clean and effective - it did what it was supposed to do. It was excellent value for money

Super apartment in a great location

Susan met us at the house and gave us lots of information about the local area. The apartment was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The location was great...near to town but quiet. Asda and Lidl were very close.

Everything was great but maybe an extra light in the kitchen area would be handy.

A good place to stay in Burton

Well located just a short walk from the town centre and all facilities, this is a clean, comfortable and well looked-after apartment. Despite it's central location it is very quiet with no noise from either inside or outside the property. Check-in and out was very easy.

I would have preferred a bath as well as a shower and perhaps a radio in the kitchen.

Ideal central location. Lovely cosy apartment with all the finishing touches.

Parking was a bit tight, it was fine for me but some drivers might be hesitant. It was nice that the car park was secure.

A very comfortable apartment hosted by a very nice owner

The heating in the bedroom was not very efficient (it took a long time to make any difference in the temperature) and the television remote in the living room was not so easy to fathom..

Lovely clean self-catering accommodation

Easy to get to and near a large Lidl for the self catering. Susan was really helpful with the booking and suitable room that was accessible. She fixed the hot water tap really quickly when it wasn't working and I let her know. Nice size kitchen and fridge freezer with all the necessary crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils except kitchen scissors. Separate recycling and refuse bins in the kitchen nicely empty with no odour. Ideal space for anyone not going out much during the stay. Taxi rank for the best taxi firm in Burton is twi minutes walk away. A short walk to the High Street.

The bedroom light wasn't coming on but the bedside one did. The oven timer wouldn't set but I just used my phone alarm. There was a used foil sheet on the grill tray in the oven from someone else. Thankfully I brought a greaseproof oven liner to cook on.

We visited family in the area and The Peel House provided all we needed close to amenities.

We liked the location as we were visiting family in the area and was in the centre so close to amenities. The apartment had everything you could need for your stay.

We found the mattress old as the springs were worn out and could in parts feel the bed underneath. Some of the cupboard shelves in the kitchen needed cleaning.

Spacious homely accomadation

Modern spacious apartment with large lounge, separate kitchen diner, large bedroom and bathroom. Well furnished with comfortable bed and sofas. Our host Susan was in touch from booking to leaving and very helpful.

Very easy process the host was there to meet me ,very helpful and friendly and good local knowledge ,it was a great apartment feltlike being at home ,the only thing wrong was a couldn't find the instruction on how to use the cooker ,apart from that all was good. Thank you

GREAT APARTMENTS, GREAT LOCATION

Peel House is located minutes from many of the amenities of the town. The apartments are well presented and clean, they have everything you would have at home, making it comfortable.

The sofas could do with a refurbishment to give guests comfortable seating. The only problem we found was that there no dishes to cook food in the microwave.
