Great place thats on the edge of Burton Town centre and a ten minute walk from legendary pubs such as The Coopers Tavern and Devonshire Arms. Really cosy place with an excellent shower, well equipped kitchen and an amazingly comfortable bed. Very good communication with the owner before and afterwards. Was a great base to visit the potteries, the home of British Brewing and the National Memorial Arboretum. Staying in the ancestral home of Sir Robert Peel (founder of the police and ex-Prime Minister) - awesome!

Great place to stay for Burton and the surrounding areas. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay within walking distance of amenities and town. Super friendly and efficient communication with easy check in and check out. Have stayed twice now and would not stop anywhere else when in the area.

Excellent value and facilities. Cheaper than a room at a hotel and it had a well stocked kitchen. Very impressive and spacious accomodation.

Chose Peel apartments for a child free weekend away taking in download festival. From the start the communication from Susan was excellent. We were offered the choice of being met at the apartments or self check in, due to travelling on a Friday with all that brings for traffic we chose self check in. Directions to the apartments were easy and precise.. no problems at all finding the property. Parking at the property is gated with key code so had no worries leaving the car. Keys to property were easily retrieved from the key safe, exactly where Susan described. We stayed in apartment five on the second floor of the property and we couldn't believe how spacious it was, lovely high ceilings and spotlessly clean. The welcome booklet gave lots of information on places to eat and drink as well as things to do. Shortly after we arrived Susan messaged to check we had arrived safely and that everything was OK, I did mention in my reply that the occupants below us must of been a little hard of hearing (TV was making the floor vibrate! Not the vendors fault of course and something we would of just put up with) But that we were absolutely delighted with the apartment... less than ten minutes later peace was restored, thank you Susan. Nothing seemed to be any trouble for Susan, even helping us return a bank card to its rightful owner, a guest in the apartment above us. In summary a lovely, comfortable apartment, beautifully presented. Will hopefully be back for download 2024!

We had a lovely week staying in apartment 1, which was on the ground floor, well equipped and centrally located - perfect for our visit with our family. Shower was very good, kept temperature and pressure through out. Area was quiet and with a Lidl store next door and the town centre was a very convenient 5 minute walk away. Lots to do it your a tourist as well.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with easy access to shops/restaurants. There was gated secure parking. Communication response was excellent. the only criticism i has was the grill pan was dirty and had not been cleaned from the previous guest.

Very comfortable and roomy apartment.Easy walk to pubs, restaurants and shops in town. excellent communication with Susan.Only watchout for some is that apsrtment is on top floor with no lift.This was mentioned in booking info.

Excellent apartment in the heart of the town. Well furnished and in good condition, this proved to be a great place to stay. Although it’s in the town, it’s tucked away at a quieter part away from the busier streets. It also had secure off street parking which is great. Further, communication with Susan over WhatsApp was great - we were able to arrange late check in, pick up and drop keys and come-and-go with ease thanks to the clear instructions shared. A very good experience.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we could have asked for. Check out and late check in was seamless and simple. Directions to get there were flawless. Communications from Susan were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Overall a brilliant experience and will be our choice place to stay the next time we are in Burton.

Really helpful comms before arrival, we got shown round the apartment, very well equipped for our stay. Everything you would expect in a kitchen, all lovely and clean. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable, and some of the windows do not open, but overall we did say we would stay again when visiting family in the area.

Gorgeous period house with free secured parking. Beautifully decorated throughout. Lovely touch of including toiletries. Maybe more utensils in the kitchen (masher & grater) and a maiden for drying clothes but we managed with kids. Sorry to say next doors rugby field is no more and there is building work ongoing but we had no noise throughout our 5 day stay. Property is very quiet and the host very welcoming. We loved it.

Overall the stay was not too bad, property has many Positives. However the most disappointing about this property is the hot water. On many occasions we had to have cold showers.

I booked for a one night stay and what a refreshing change to a bog standard hotel ! The rooms were a bedroom and a kitchen diner which meant it felt like home-from-home. I was met at the apartment by the owner who welcomed me and showed me round. The apartment is done out very nicely with some great finishing touches. The stay was excellent and I would highly recommend.
