Very clean, comfortable and well equipped - exactly as per the photos and description
Heating and hot water not working when we arrived so had to contact the host but was sorted quickly

Good house. I've stayed there before. Contact with hosts is good. They respond to messages well. House is clean, tidy and comfortable. Has lots of good bedrooms - 4 - so suits a large group who want separate rooms. Two of the room have there own bathrooms as well.
Be careful if you have any problems with access as you have to climb steps to the back door to get in and there isn't a railing so wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues or small children. Parking is on the road so could be hard if you have a larger vehicle.

I was clean, with several bathrooms.
after taking the full fee two weeks before, they then asked for a £225 deposit which took ten days to get back. This was unnecessary and should not be held but released immediately on check out. when the property has already been paid for another deposit should not be requested if booking through booking. com.
