ok flat , a few niggles rather took the shine off our stay

sufficient cooking utensils , bedroom comfortable ,

parking was a pain in the ass , kitchen wasnt cleaned properly, mop and bucket just dumped in the corner, flat was freezing cold upon arrival as all heating was off, no hot water on day 1

Terrible

My experience was totally bad. The person who came to give the keys, even didn’t show the room and told me that it was very easy to find, but it was not!

The flat smells very bad and it is dirty. Especially the bed pillows, everything was too dirty.

Property was nice and well decorated

Cleaner had to hand over the keys and they moved my check in time forward but apartment was not ready for the time they told me, couple of burn marks around the apartment, and one of the keys didn’t work, how to get into the apartment wasn’t made very clear

Everything was good!

Apartment is located on a new buildings/residence complex, it is stylish and clean + location is perfect, close to the town center. Area is quiet so it will guarantee a good night sleep. The unit is well equipped with all the amenities (toiletries and kitchen equipment) Perfect for a couple. Shower pressure is good, and it counts with a smart TV (with streaming services working)

While I’ve booked this listing with Booking, the property is managed by an agency named “My Property Host”. So at the beginning I was confusing (since the payment of the reservation was managed by booking) because representative of the agency will ask you via message to fill an invoice for the damage deposit hold (and in the beginning I felt uncomfortable because I’ve thought all the property-related payments would be managed by booking, but for the damage deposit hold, that’s not the case) So, before filling that invoice I’ve asked several times by message if that procedure was reliable, but no replies… so I had to assume all would be ok (but being doubtful all the time) To sum up, all that process is legit… you receive the invoice via email after doing the self-checkin (managed via another app) and then after you fill it, you will see a hold on your account. After checkout it will take a few days before the hold deposit is released and you get your money back… so despite I was a little unsure about this procedure. I can guarantee it’s all OK. With this, I’d like to add that a point to improve by this agency is communication… because I like to have peace of mind when I book something and given the slow-response time, I wasn’t sure what was going to happen until the check-in day (so a better clarification from the beginning would help a lot) And lastly, a minor detail, we were a couple and they left only a single set of towels, and one of them was dirty… so I had to buy another set of towels (as I was assuming that I wouldn’t get any response about that) and we’ve arranged ourselves with that for the first days. Then I got a reply 2 days after with a new set of towels (so all good with that but another example about the slow-response time that should be improved)
