The bed was extremely broke down The dispenser was broken for laundry detergent so I went to service desk and the lady at the desk tried to charge me $6.27 for 1 BOX of detergent and I was priced at $1.25 in dispenser

An enjoyable stay every time

Our family has stayed at this hotel several times while traveling between Michigan and North Carolina. We enjoy our stay each time. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and exercise room are a step above other hotels. Our favorite part is the free 5:30 Kickback where the whole family can enjoy a free meal and the adults can enjoy mixed drinks. Looking forward to our next trip there!

Most delightful!

The room was amazing and was more than expected. We were so comfortable and everything was so accessible. It was a most delightful stay. We will continue to book with Drury for all future needs.

The Inn is alive with Maria's service 🎶

We loved our message from Maria found on the bed. She wrote, "You are made of magic." We thought this was so nice & we want her to know she made our room magical for the evening! Definitely loved the bed tuck to feel extra cozy. Maria, your name reminded us of the song from The Sound of Music~ I'm sure you're a beautiful, kind person ❤️

This place was excellent.

The property was very clean and bright and very pleasant. The room was huge and clean and quiet. Breakfast and supper working included as well as one cocktail per evening. Great swimming pool and workout room.

We had never stayed at a Drury Inn before. I'm very glad we did this time. Our room was very nice. Loved the walk in shower with the nice showerhead. The bed was very comfortable I was very suprised that dinner was included in our stay as well as breakfast. The food at both meals were very good and it was nice not having to go somewhere else for dinner. Also enjoyed have drinks at no extra charge. I will definitely want to stay there again.

I have nothing to complain about really. It might have been nice to have something sweet for dessert after dinner. A cookie or brownies. Other than that nothing else.

Staff was Great!! Nice place Pool and hot tub was very clean (didn't actually go in but did feel the water and it was very clean) Free food and drinks

Air Conditioner was not warming up, my daughter and I got it to finally heat up (we did have option to another room, but we were already in bed) sheets not soft, pillows not soft, had to ask for extra blanket and toilet paper as well as tissues

Our room was next to the highway. We heard cars going by all night.

I added a special request to be put in a QUIET room as I needed to rest after surgery. The second night the room next to us was playing LOUD music ALL afternoon. Slamming doors and loud yelling and laughing. They must have gone out for the evening because it got quiet from 10 pm until 4am. Then they started up again. Not sure why they put them next to us as the whole floor seemed empty

The desk manager on Sunday evening was excellent, helpful and so professional. He was multitasking but was providing excellent service.

There was a horrid smell coming from the trash can on the 5th floor, it was making everything smell awful. But the manager took care of it as soon as I alerted him to the problem.

Beautiful hotel next to a Panera Bread!

This was the best Drury we've ever stayed at. Not crowded, quiet floors, good food options. The staff went above and beyond and were extremely nice and helpful. Would 100% stay here again!
