This place was very nice and clean. Will stay again.

The room we had was amazing. Sharing with our two young grandsons the extra large room was so great. Pool was great and a nice temperature!

The breakfast was not the best. Very limited options. Egg omelets were way over cooked and all,of the cheese was melted out. Oatmeal was very good. Waffles were good. Needed a meat option.

Location

Our air did not work. And the workers next door were remodeling a room so you could hear all the noises. Didn't sleep at all and alarm kept going off in the room next to ours. Worst experience I ever had at a Hampton

Overall.good stay.

Location to family and major highways. Breakfast was good. Waffles are always a hit. The pool was clean.

The pool room had a very strong chlorine smell, bothered our lungs and eyes greatly! In our room the furnace cover came off when gently bumped. The lighting in bathroom was very dim.

It was overpriced and under delivered

the pool and hot tub and the personalized welcome on the TV screen was really cute

there should be a age limit on the hot tub use, they do not vacuum the chairs, also crumbs behind the dressers, whatever is used to clean may need to be changed. I’m always used to re-wiping down surfaces, but for the shower and the toilet to have scum and grime pulled up after one cleaning from the guest makes me believe that the cleaners cut a lot of corners and do not properly clean hotel rooms, which is very unsanitary. The breakfast was very limited. It was not substantial for the definition of a hot cook breakfast. There was not a lot of options the hot water for tea had coffee grinds in it, which shows that no one sufficiently cleaned the containers that hold coffee, hot water tea if someone was allergic to coffee grinds they could have killed someone

Very spacious and clean

We stayed in the king suite and had plenty of room for me to work during the day. Doggie area is clean and trash was empty outside!

The location was perfect, the staff was amazing, breakfast was very good.

My only issue was that the cleaning staff had missed some trash in our room but in their defense it was hiding behind the curtains, mistakes do happen.

We were in the 6th floor and the call button for elevator did not work. You had to call the front desk and the attendant would send it up. For the cost of the room the elevator should work. Inconvenient!

Hotel is acceptable, but parking is not safe — many cars were broken into during my stay.

The hotel itself is correct and comfortable, but there are some serious concerns. The breakfast was very poor, definitely below the expected Hampton Inn & Suites standard. More importantly, this is the second time I’ve stayed here and both times cars have been broken into in the parking lot. During this stay, around 25 cars were vandalized overnight. Clearly, security is a major issue. A stronger security presence (cameras, patrols, controlled access) would be highly recommended to make guests feel safe.

Altogether, I had a good stay.

The hotel was in a good location, although a little weird to get to. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My dog was welcomed with no issues. Room was very roomy and comfortable. I liked the extra sink in the kitchen area.

Some things in room needed to be updated. Closet door needed replaced and was off the rail. Breakfast was hit or miss and had to get there very early if you wanted fresh gravy for biscuits. One outside door on end of building wouldn’t unlock so you had to walk to the front of the building or the other end to get in from outside.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, highly recommend

We had a great stay. We were on a double mother/daughter outing with 9 year old best friends and the woman at the front desk was so kind to be able to upgrade our room at check in, it was a very nice gesture. The pool, fitness center, breakfast, all were very good.

It was close to where I needed to be

There were ants near the bed and bedside table. When I said something about it, the front desk man said he would send someone to see what they can do but got no apologies or follow up about it. I couldn't tell if anyone sprayed and still saw ants later that evening when I returned to the room. It all would have been fine if someone had just followed up with me about it to ensure that it gotten taken care of. Instead, I just kept cleaning that area until we left Sunday morning.

I like the location. Close to everything!

I booked a non-smoking room and when we arrived the room smelled like Marajania very bad. I went down to the front desk and was offered another room but was never Apologized to and the front desk guy said "nothing they can do without proof". Not a very perfessional response. He then goes I can give you a room next door or down a level. We took the room next door and I walked away after he handed me 1 key! 2nd chance to apologize and never received it. Cleanliness of hotel shower was gross. Scum in corners. No room service unless needing extra towels. Terrible experience in a while. I stay at lots of Hamptons and always happy. Not this past stay.
