Easy access to local spots minimal Traffic issues

I think there is too much chlorine running through the pool area myself and both of my kids 7 and 8 who normally don’t have sensitive skin all had rashes after being in the pool area after the first day. I had issues the last time we went but my kids didn’t and this time they were covered in a rash. We did rinse off after exiting the pool each time While under construction for 2 floors, no complaints with noise or problems with that I did have issues with neighbors after quite hours. I did not call to complain because i assume they can’t really do anything about it. But both nights it was well past 1130 until the noise settled.

the stay was generally good but the condition of my room was not excellent.

only one chair in a room that supposedly accommodates 4 guests. bathroom exhaust fan was ineffective. furniture was scratched up and lamp shade was torn. asked staff for an additional chair and never heard back about it.

The staff was great

but the constant construction that I didn’t know about until I got to the property was a huge let down. Literally sawing hammering and cutting in the 2 rooms surrounding me until after 8 most night. The terrible smells and constant beeping all night from the rooms being worked on.

Nice hotel but apparently a bad location

Ten vehicles were broken into over night. Apparently nobody monitors security cameras at this location. Staff was not helpful to say the least. I would never stay at this location again!!!

The service was horrible the staff were extremely rude. It was dirty in the lobby and elevator. The pool has too much chlorine and was cloudy you couldn't see your feet when In the water. My children were not allowed to use the pool after we had checked out. They kicked us out of the premises. the staff was so unbelievably rude to my wife and children. I needed more blankets for my children and it took me going to the desk and calling 6 times to get them. It was the worst hotel I have ever stay at.

Don't waste your money

Pool area for the kids.

Deposit is outrageous. First time we stayed fire alarms went off from 3am until check out and no one seemed to care. We were told no one was coming because there was no fire. Figured we'd give it a second try just because our kids loved the pool but nope. They wanted to charge us $250 A NIGHT for a deposit which I still haven't gotten back almost 3 weeks later. Front desk staff was unprofessional and while my family and another family were in the pool the "manager" proceeded to come in filming the area and the kids swimming which my husband and I thought was super creepy. Will not be returning.

Horrible hotel experience!

It was not good, wasn’t told they got rid of the hot tub. Very loud guests playing really loud music. Breakfast was absolutely horrible! Staff was rude to my children, rude to my wife about breakfast when she just asked about the pancake machine. Definitely not staying again!

State was excellent. Everything was prompt check in and check out was a breeze. No problems. Highly recommend.

I didn’t really have any dislikes with the location the only problem and it’s not just here or this location. It seems like when there’s a big event that is in an area hotels raise their rates through the roof for that event and I didn’t mind paying for it, but still I feel that that’s kind of bull crap other than that. Staff was nice. Location was good. We came in late checked in continental breakfast was ready. Everything was stellar.

Way overpriced, great swim amenities,

Convenient location. Great pool

Front staff was a little grumpy. We asked for a blanket and they seemed very inconvenienced. There is a $250 fee charged for incidentals so $450 was taken from our account at check-in. That’s a bit excessive and unnecessary. We signed a swim contract that stated “no parties in the pool area” but they allowed a birthday party to go on while we were there and made the pull PACKED. One of kids puked from the party and they closed 2.5 hours early and the whole reason we came to the hotel was for the kids to swim. We spent more on the hotel and couldn’t even swim during the time we intended.
