Room 216 Toilet was loosely bolted to the ground with no caulk around I reach for toilet paper and I thought it was going to come dis attached I weigh 165lb by the way not a big guy toilet paper roll is about 5 feet away from the toilet bed had missing outlets and exposed wires it was like staying in a halfway remodel room and shower doors where put together on a lean so they constantly opened my fiancé who I proposed to this weekend which was the purpose of the trip had to hold the door shut for me and I had to hold it shut for her

The bar was not open yet. I wish the was more outside sitting area. There is a pickle ball court which I found unique but wish there was more area to sit and relax

Very bad experience.

We are very upset about the room they gave us, because whole night not able to sleep from elevator noise, so, second day we’ve asked change room, they changed us to downgrade small room, we complained and the staff can not do any thing, we asked paid back the difference between suit room to regular small room and staff can’t do any adjustments and said need to wait until last day manager came back and she can’t do anything too, said l need to talk to booking customer manager, unfortunately booking manager used Al to answer all customer questions, and none of questions can go through to talking with real people.

Need to sleep without the loud noise.

The heating and cooling unit fan went off with a loud noise and three lesser noises all night long. I mentioned it to desk clerk. She made no comment. The hotel is beautiful but the nights wee miserable. until we cut the system off. Had a yogurt parfait for breakfast but had to find someone to order and it took a bit to fix. Would not wait again. We booked with booking dot com and so they refused to give me an invoice for charge. Never happened before. Thank you for the beautiful building redo!

Didn't know until I called to see if my room was available that they were under major renovations. One elevator was out of order and the working elevator has me questioning whether it should be. The floors were dirty with construction dirt. No discount on price for the stay.

Under construction. Hall ways needed to be vacuumed. The bre akfast was grab and go. No where to sit. We ate off premises. Seems to be confused if a Marriott or four point Sheraton. Bed sheet had a tear. Not the best facility I have stayed at…

Horrible never be back

Location wasn't bad

The pool wasn't open, the 3rd floor was getting remodeled no breakfast, staff was rude, got charged twice for my 1 room, it was 300 a night and place was horrible got charged a extra $200 a night for my 6 year old daughter. I had to pay $800 just for 2 nights then they woke us up on the check out day at 10:00 am asking if we was almost ready to check out when check out ain't till 12 noon

TV cable not working, Bar was not open at 7pm on a Saturday night, shower had mold, elevator was broken with the smallest sign but still opened when you pushed the button. Staff reached out to say they informed all guests of the cable situation. We were not told until after we checked in and paid. It was NFL draft night, so we had to go somewhere else.

The shower didn’t work, staff made it seem like a huge inconvenience to get a new room. The carpets in both rooms were disgusting. We couldn’t be barefoot in the room. The remote wasn’t connected to the T.V. so we had to walk up to the television to adjust the volume or change a channel. So annoying.

The breakfast they offered for the price you pay was ridiculous. A frozen sandwich with yogurt and the yogurt was out of date that two family members had . I won't be back due to the breakfast for sure that starts your day. It was terrible.
