Absolutely terrible , had false accusations made against us of having a party and spilling g juice on multiple sheets , Clerk very rude as was housekeeping manager , watched every moved we made , counted how many kids were with us , said we had a cake when it was brownies in foil , worse discrimination in my life , they dint want blacks there that’s why they set up the mess about the room condition , elevators were broke , heater was broke , absolutely unacceptable

Pros: Forgot my bathing suit which is a shame but I like that the pool is open until 11 when a lot of other hotels close theirs at 9 or 10. Breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from and the coffee was drinkable. Cons: the room itself definitely felt dated and a little dirty. There was no fan on the bathroom and you could tell the ceiling over the shower had suffered a bit due to this.

Twice of three days we went out for breakfast because they were serving ham sitting in water. The eggs looked artificial. The day we stayed for breakfast I had sausage gravy with biscuits (not healthy but my weakness), banana, and yogurt and my wife had a waffle and fruit.

We booked a room at this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was in terrible condition. It is not being maintained properly and the water was very cloudy and had a tint. The walls were stained and it’s clear it has not been fully drained and cleaned in some time. FYI all public hot tubs in Ohio need water to be completely drained at least 1x a month. Partial water changes weekly. You should use a light acid wash yearly on the wall surface to remove stains. This is a new facility. It shouldn’t look like this. The room was awesome, so if you’re not looking for a hot tub and only care about the room. I highly recommend.
