Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast selection. Great location close to everything.
The only take away was the pool heater was not working so the water was to cold for the kids to stay. The pool was one of the factors in us choosing this hotel.

The location was great. Tv channel selection was good. The hotel was very clean. Love that it included breakfast and room service option.
The heated pool was not heated. Breakfast options could have been way better.

Cleanliness is always a big deal for me and The Hyatt met those expectations for sure.
Only that there wasn't a hot tub.

The breakfast quality was good. Staff were not prepared for the morning, and the wait was long for fresh food throughout the morning
We booked for a little swim fun. The hotel did not share that the heater was broken when checking in so it wasnt an enjoyable temperature. Also, there were never swim towels available. We swam in the early evening hours on day 1 as well as the next morning, right after breakfast. We had to go up to our room dripping wet and extremely cold
