Would stay again, but these things need addressed

Location

Was busy morning for breakfast and had to wait on some hot foods. Just feel they were short staffed as those folks that were there were working hard! Monitoring the pool area. My husband and I took our daughter, niece and nephew to pool. There were 4 unattended children in there. Saw adults come in, speak to them and then we saw them get in car and leave. There was then another child dropped off and same thing occurred We were very uncomfortable with this as these children were desperate for attention Did not like being in that environment so cut pool time short. Unfortunate as this was a gift for niece and nephew Lastly, young men running through hallways knocking on doors late at night

The hotel was nicely decorated, clean and had vinyl plank flooring in the rooms. No nasty hotel carpet! The staff was very welcoming.

If I wasn’t in my room I believe staff would have entered due to a smoke detector they claim. Which didn’t go off or anything . And also a one way entry I don’t like that as well

They ran out of breakfast food at 8:45. The hot and cold are reversed bath room sink in room 413. The mattress needs replace you sink pretty far down. The hotel is pretty nice thou

The breakfast. Not a lot of choices and they don’t refill the food quick. We can hear people at the hallway very late at night or slamming their door, or the baby crying a few rooms out. Not the hotel fault but I wish they build the room that can muffle the sound from outside.

The staff was so friendly and everything was clean. The room was big, the bathroom and shower were both large and the bathroom was SPOTLESS.

Breakfast ends at 9:30. I missed it because I'm not an early riser. That's my only complaint, if you can even call it that.

Room was ok.. but shower was rerreble. It was lieaking doring my stay time . Make noise , could not sleep. I did call reception but they told me it’s pressure change and make noise . Also more things I observe .
