Overall good stay - big room, lots of amenities in room. However, our room had a dirty sock from a previous stay in the corner and living/kitchen surfaces and carpet weren't very clean. Pool was really cold so only kids got in. TV was hard to navigate with no guide or channel list. But everything else was nice - front desk staff, pull out sofa and linens, free coffee station, breakfast, parking, quiet room, app room key. No bugs, no odors. Can't beat the location in Polaris. Overall, would recommend - esp if you need extra space, value location, need family friendly.

My husband and I stayed the night in Columbus and stayed at this property. It was very nice. The hotel was easy to get to, conveniently located near the shopping and restaurants that we wanted. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay again.
