Really nice hotel. Renovations were going on and you are told upfront but it's not bad. The rooms is very nice and comfortable. The door going into the shower is interesting. It opens into the shower under the shower head so when you turn on the shower it is a shot of cold water. The guide for the tv is obnoxious. It's difficult to use. The pool is fantastic! It's a mini pool park with waterfalls, a lap pool and small lazy river. Very comfortable. The breakfast area is nice. There is also an outside courtyard when it is nice. The food is okay but there are quite a few options. We had bacon and it is very thin. Wasn't too filling. Coffee isn't bad but is watery.

Clean room- although it could use some updating but just happy it was clean! Staff was amazing upon check in and out. Pool area was wonderful especially with littles! My only complaint was the pool had too much chemicals in it i think? It made our eyes burnt maybe we are just sensitive!! Overall a great stay and we will be back.

The room had a bad smell like the last occupant was a wet dog. The fruit selection at breakfast was minimal at best. Most of the equipment in the exercise room did not function.

The property was ok the staff upon arrival was not very nice to me. I have tried to call and talk to the assistant manager Todd but they won't put me through to him and I did let them know how Unhappy I was staying there. The people upstairs were very loud and making a lot of noisy banging after 10 pm ant night both nights my grandchildren and I stayed there. The smokers outside were very loud after 10 pm on Friday. Saturday night they were not so loud

Was passing through on a roadtrip to Montana and to see family in Columbus. Very nice hotel, room was more spacious than I saw in the photos. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. The only downside was the AC in the room didn’t cool down as much. Everything else was top notch.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The furniture has holes that were sewn and long hairs in the freezer that was also frozen over because someone had left the fridge open before we got there. Also we were not told housekeeping would enter our room to clean even though we booked 2 nights. I did not like that and thank that’s a crazy policy. Also 2 vehicles appeared to have gotten windows busted out. 1 on night one and 1 on night 2.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way home from Nashville spacious room. We had the one with multiple beds. The beds were unbelievably comfortable very clean. Breakfast had many good selections and the woman who was taking care of the dining area area. Worked her butt off, keeping it clean and well stocked we went to the pool, which was nice and good for young children. My only complaint was the hot tub had been closed off and no longer there but the pool itself was nice and quite large. I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue I had was that my room had a water leak in it from the a/c and instead of vacuuming up the water, they just put some 1x1 floor pieces over it but my room still had that dank smell of standing water. The staff and everything else was great.

Hallway and room smelled like weed. The shower curtain was hanging by a thread. There were stains all over our bed sheets. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special. The pool is nice for the kids. There is no hot tub, which was disappointing. If you’re going to spend this much for a hotel room, I’d recommend going somewhere else. We loved Drury, which is right down the street.
