Decent stay but we paid too much to stay there and have a doorknob missing and bugs.

Bugs in room on air conditioner. Rain leaked in window by air conditioner. Handle broke off door in bedroom. Toaster in room broke.

Great location, overpriced for the quality

Did not participate in the breakfast. The location was the main reason for choosing this property. The room was clean but when I got out of bed the next morning there were ants all over the desk in the room. Did not have any food in the room for this to be an attraction for them. There is only one elevator for this property and it was rather slow going between floors. Also was not a fan of the no vending machines on the property. Drinks down at the front desk were way overpriced and not a good selection. Had to walk to a local store to get drinks.

Will never stay at a Hilton brand ever again

Had a pre paid, non Refundable, non cancelable reservation booked several weeks ago. Front desk staff would not honor the reservation and basically created a situation where they booked other guests instead of honoring our reservation I. Order to receive more money for that room than ours thru the third party. Extremely egregious and rude. I’ve never been treated so badly in public.

Front desk staff was a very rude and treated us in a disturbing way. We left and booking.com found us a replacement location and room very quickly.

Overall excellent stay!

The gentleman at the desk was so friendly and welcoming! The room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast didn’t start until 7am, which I think is late. We were there for a volleyball tournament that started at 7, so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast that morning. I guess it didn’t really matter because the breakfast looked horrible. The second morning we were able to try the breakfast. The hot choices were taco meat, some sort of white chunky stuff (still have no idea what it was) and precooked sausages. There were many carb based choices, but that doesn’t work for a diabetic diet. Honestly, it looked so bad, we chose to leave the property and pay for breakfast. That was a big disappointment. I expected it to be a good breakfast because everything else in the hotel was amazing. When we were checking out in the morning I asked the lady at the front desk for a receipt. She said she could not give me one because I “booked through a 3rd party”. I asked if I could at least have the total I would be charged. She said no. I’d have to get that from Booking.com. I stay in many hotels and that has never happened before.

Had an issue with bed bug in the room. Informed staff and they said they would inform property manager and said manager would reach out to me. I received the call while at work and could not answer. I called back and was given the run around.

Economical stay

The pool is large and heated. The hours that the pool is open are convenient. Location is great for shopping and eating out. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of options.

It was extremely warm in shared areas. The room itself was missing a door handle on one of the doors, the pull out bed on the couch was very thin and lumpy. The room looked outdated and showed wear. The pool are is not properly ventilated and is extremely humid and the chlorine smell is very strong.
