Just plain nasty. Don’t think they know how to clean a room properly. Linens were filthy. Obviously dot. Use any type of bleach on the towels. Red Roof needs to remove their name.

When we arrived there was 3 policemen on the property. We asked the front desk and was told one of the customers was unruly. Once that person was removed. The police stayed another 3 hours. The room was dirty both the sink and shower constantly leaked water could not shut off. This has been ongoing because there was bad water stains. It seems this hotel is be used for criminal activity. We considered leaving but was so tired from traveling just wanted to sleep. Believe we should be refunded and also Orbitz should remove this from your list of motels.

The pool was closed. The bedding was stained. There was a noise from the plumbing that happened intermittently all night! The noise was from the plumbing in the bathroom. The ceiling above the bed and the walls in the bathroom had stains on them (that could have been cleaned). The bathroom door was broken around around the handle as if someone tried to get in. I stayed in room 225. I reported the noisy plumbing

Bed had bed bugs, light in the bathroom didnt work. Had to shower with low light and bathroom was no clean. I asked for a different room and got turned down because was full even though the rooms next to mine were empty. She didnt even try to look at her computer.

Not the cleanest. Not the safest either. We had issues with other people staying playing loud music until 2 am, screaming and partying, harassing us, urinating right outside out window. Called me names for making a noise complaint and lurked outside our room until we had to call the police. Waiting on a refund.

Overall, our one night stay was good. The mini fridges in both rooms were frozen over when we got there, but they were still working. In one room, the microwave plate was either taken out or stolen. Other than that, our check-in and check out went smooth.

First room wasn’t a King as requested, room smelled horribly and mold in bathroom. Second room…..A dump, dirty, mold in bathroom disgusting, bath tap non stop dripping so rust in tub, soap dish gone from wall. Hair dryer didn’t work. End table lights….one had a red bulb and one had multiple colours that swirled on ceiling when you put it on. Returned both bulbs to office and they just put same back later that day. Have stayed here multiple times in the past when visiting family. This was the absolute worse. One positive, the bath towels were nice.

There were roaches,spiders and flies in both mine and my friends room. The bed had dirt and grass in-between the sheets that were also stained. We checked out immediately and when we tried to get our money back they refused us and hotels.com.

Asked for an early check in, was told $50 fee to do so. Then was told it is a corporate policy, followed up with corporate, it is not, it is up to the individual property. Then was told we could check in an hour early for no fee, when arrived , would not let us . Stayed three nights, never emptied our trash can at all. Did not clean up or replace wash cloths or towels . Had trouble with the card reader on the door. Property is poorly maintained. It is in a nice area, quiet, felt safe.

"They told me my room wasn’t ready — and it was around 5 p.m. They gave me a room with just one bed, even though I had booked one with two. I'm sure the sheets weren’t changed, which was very uncomfortable. When I opened the sink, all the water spilled onto the floor. I also found hair in the toilet."

Cheap with no bed bugs are the only positives. No house keeping, you have to find someone to get more towels and toilet paper. Room smelled like mildew and had a layer of dust over everything. Sheets and towels had existing stains.

Was here from thursday to monday with 4 people. Toilet broke friday. Told office. They didnt come "fix it" till sunday. Then sunday the toilet now leaks all over the floor. So our towels were soaked. Was told we would get a discount for our issue. Went to check out and guess what. No discount. Wont be back. Not very clean. Bedding stained and pillows are rocks.
