I like the room and location.

Staff- very unfriendly and not helpful. I stayed there three weeks and everyday the cleaning crew would not give/fill up complimentary items: cofffee, cream, water, sugar, shampoo, conditioner. I had to ask for toilet paper.

Not as nice as it once was

The location is very good; convenient access to the interstate, and close to food and gas. The parking is plentiful, and the hotel offers luggage carts.

We've stayed at Aloft Columbus Westerville multiple times, but the quality seems to be slipping. The staff was indifferent, and the room wasn't as clean and well-maintained as in the past

I wish I could’ve called the hotel direct and use my Arp or my AAA discount which I found out would be a much better deal if I could have used it. For the future, I will try to call directly instead of a third-party.

I Loved everything about the atmosphere and the pool was amazing. Our room was very appealing.

The breakfast menu was kinda bland. No turkey products so we couldn't eat there.

Worth the money for what you get.

The hotel felt safe, even the parking. Saw a security car drive around once and also saw a cop car at 4am checking the parking. The pool looks nice, and room was a good size.

The carpet in the room was really dirty and the chair was had food crumbs on it. Needs to be cleaner.

The stay was great! The bed was very comfortable, room was very nice. Check in staff was very helpful and pleasant personality. Check out staff was also pleasant and friendly. Didn't go to the pool or gym. Plenty of parking up front close to the entrance. Room was very pleasant couldn't hear people upstairs.

I've stayed at Aloft before and have always had a good experience. This stay was disappointing.

1. There was a false eyelash stuck to the hairdryer. Not a great way to get the morning started! I thought it was a huge centipede. 2. The hotel was overbooked. I scheduled a king suite, but was put in a double queen room, #415.
