Best Hotel in the City, Bang for your buck, FREE breakfast and happy hour. KID Friendly!

This is my local bang for a buck hotel for my kiddos winter birthdays. We love the beautiful pool, serene environment, free complimentary appetizers, free happy hour drinks( if you know you know). Exceptionally clean that's a PLUS for me. No issues at ALL. Staff is so nice. 7th year for us. Let's not forget FREE great breakfast.

Only thing I don't like is the $5 daily parking..... it's a huge parking lot. That SHOULD be definitely included in price. This is a new thing 😔 😟 🙁

Very disappointing, we felt like a bother

It was nice and clean

The staff was rude, the front desk man was extremely rude to myself and other guests. He acted like he was better than everyone and like were inconveniencing him by just checking in. I have a service animal and he asked me why I needed one which is against the law. He asked what my physical disability was which again I told him was none of his business. I called ahead so they were away we were bringing her and I even offered the letter from my doctor, even though I don’t have to I alway try to be polite about the situation. I had the documentation if needed as well as she had her vest on and he still charged us for her stay. He was just so rude, they put us in a room on the 7th floor with air that didn’t seem to work and it was very stuffy. I told him, he said he couldn’t do any thing about. We are switching hotels tonight because we cannot tolerate the room being so hot and far away (with my disability) nor this rude front desk man.

It looks like I was charged 300 and some dollars on my card. The room was only supposed to be one 185 there was blood on the sheet on the pullout sofa and feces. Maybe I’m not sure on the down blanket on the bed by the window. I showed the housekeeper. I showed the front desk Isaiah. He said that he would put in for a refund. I see that my card has been charged way more than it should have been in the first place and that I was not refunded for the room I do have photos. I showed the front desk Isaiah, the photo of the blood on the pullout. I took pictures and videos. I cleaned the room top to bottom upon leaving also and I showed the house Man. I really like your hotel and wouldn’t mind staying again, but this needs to be resolved. I was told before leaving the property that I would be refunded for this stay I used to be a housekeeping supervisor they need to check closer to the sheets and the comforters

Overall a ok stay.

The inside the room blocked out the outside noise. We liked the two big tvs in room and the space. The pool and breakfast was nice.

Charging for parking. The table, desk area, and tv console was stains from previous guess. The check in lady said good luck trying to sleep tonight due to the loud noise in the lobby. I thought that was a bite rude being our first experience there. Our second key didn’t work. The first key was still hard to get to work. We were too tired to go to the front desk to get another. Overall it was ok stay.

This was a great experience, well situated to our downtown appointment.

Staff was very good. Your gal took care of us immediately and answered all our questions. She was happy, informative, and courteous. We missed happy hour, but breakfast was excellent. The room was well appointed.

THINK TWICE BEFORE STAYING HERE !

I liked the uh front and desk. Lady who tried her best to help me by the name of Ashley. She was the best thing that this hotel has.

The hotel, was understaffed? It was a hassle checking in. When we first got to the hotel, the kitchen staff was rude. I'm not compliant with my orders for breakfast. The manager is new and does not know much about handling management of a hotel overall. If I could get my money back, that would be a blessing, this place was not ready for the capacity of people that were at the hotel. This particular weekend. Room service was not good at all they never changed the sheets. They just made the bed with the same dirty sheets that were on the bed. Room service took my personal towel out of the room and it took two days to find it.
