Overall a ok stay.

The inside the room blocked out the outside noise. We liked the two big tvs in room and the space. The pool and breakfast was nice.

Charging for parking. The table, desk area, and tv console was stains from previous guess. The check in lady said good luck trying to sleep tonight due to the loud noise in the lobby. I thought that was a bite rude being our first experience there. Our second key didn’t work. The first key was still hard to get to work. We were too tired to go to the front desk to get another. Overall it was ok stay.

The rooms and everywhere else in the building are very luxurious and clean. The breakfast food is yum yum, tasty, and the presentation of the various foods is very cool. 5stars 👍

This was a great experience, well situated to our downtown appointment.

Staff was very good. Your gal took care of us immediately and answered all our questions. She was happy, informative, and courteous. We missed happy hour, but breakfast was excellent. The room was well appointed.

The room was disgusting. The pulled out couch had crumbs all over it and an unidentified object fell on the floor when pulled out, hair all over in the shower. Our white socks were black after walking around.

Evening reception could use some improving. Bartenders didn't do a good job at mixing. Also the time should be extended when there's so many people there. It was hard to get a drink. It would be nice to change up the snacks for people who are staying more than one night.

The $150.00 dollar incidental fee took me by surprise, but what I really appreciate is how fast it was released and put back on my card. Thank you from those of us that's on a budget, but every now and then want to be pampered 😊

THINK TWICE BEFORE STAYING HERE !

I liked the uh front and desk. Lady who tried her best to help me by the name of Ashley. She was the best thing that this hotel has.

The hotel, was understaffed? It was a hassle checking in. When we first got to the hotel, the kitchen staff was rude. I'm not compliant with my orders for breakfast. The manager is new and does not know much about handling management of a hotel overall. If I could get my money back, that would be a blessing, this place was not ready for the capacity of people that were at the hotel. This particular weekend. Room service was not good at all they never changed the sheets. They just made the bed with the same dirty sheets that were on the bed. Room service took my personal towel out of the room and it took two days to find it.

location was great. when I checked out Sunday morning Christina, was very helpful her service was awesome.

I didn't like that the bartender put my sister meal on my room bill and didn't give her a choice. Christina took care of that for me. Embassy need more customer service help like Christina, and the other lady that was working the front desk Sunday morning.

Pricey mistake

2 pools in photos that connected from outdoor to indoor pool so if weather was bad made us chose this hotel over others. Room layout was nice too for Two Room Premium Suite - Two Double beds non-smoking.

Large event overtook the elevators, amenities, complimentary snacks, breakfast and parking lot weed smoking and partying. It made our stay to enjoy the pools impossible. It was no fault of the hotel other than a design layout flaw. We stayed out of the hotel until 11pm then slept for 6 hours and left.

The room itself has a good space. Happy Hour is good.

Air Conditioning – The cooling was uneven: the living room was very cold, while the bedroom remained uncomfortably warm. Dirty Pool – The pool was unusable due to how dirty it was, especially in the covered section. Poor Breakfast – The breakfast was disappointing, with the same limited options both days and long lines just to get a piece of bacon.

The outlets in our room 726 are old and any of our chargers just fell out and wouldn’t charge good. In the middle of the night there were 6 vehicles that got broken into. There needs to be security outside at all times taking shifts. Was told it has happened a lot here. But other than that I really liked the hotel.

Wonderful, wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

The rooms were super clean, big and roomy My bed was very comfortable! We missed Happy Hour because we headed to the concert but The Breakfast was AMAZING! We enjoyed the omelette station especially! The service was Awesome and everyone was very friendly!

Excessive Noise

The breakfast was nice.

The excessive noise from guests with children running around until late in the night. Large groups gathering in the Atrium and 2nd floor lounge, watching sports, and screaming at the top of their lungs until midnight. Hotel staff responded that it was allowed until quiet time that started at 11pm. The noise continued past the so-called quiet time. There was consideration for the other guests staying at the facility. On our 2nd night, we had to wait 30 minutes to get a beverage during the Managers Reception because the bartender was new, and the manager on Duty would not get her any help. Overall, this was night a good stay. I went without sleep for two nights.

we enjoyed our time but wouldn’t book here again for the price we payed and experience little to no amenities.

the bed was comfortable and we had a smart tv which was nice as we had to be in the hotel room as the building was so packed with kids unsupervised running around.

the pool was full of kids and no parents and they was running around jumping and diving in the pool, and was splashing all of our stuff non stop and all of our belongings were wet. kids were falling and running and non stop screaming. i understand kids are in the pool but there was a lack of supervision and it was awful. we got the hotel just to enjoy the pool a bit and was only in for a good 5 solid minutes. the people on staff were rude. our key card wasn’t working and they was aggravated and made comments like “do you know how to use a door and a key card” in a rude tone and the rooms didn’t have no trash bags in the cans. overall the hotel was nice i just think it wasn’t worth what we paid and we didn’t get to do anything but use the TV, the bar was so packed we couldn’t even get a drink as there was no seats available and it was hard to move around everyone and their kids.
