In our hall There was a very loud door when it opened and closed. Like it didn’t quite fit it’s Jan. That was a little bit annoying. But we ignored it.

Bed was comfy, and jacuzzi was nice the room was clean as far as sheets the Jacuzzi tub and bathroom.

The door flip lock did not work so felt a lil unsafe because you couldn't fully lock the door more then the magnetic lock. There was damage and just things like carpet and holes in the wall as well as the t v remote being broken and unusable which made the room appear more dirty then it was. Room just needs updated for the price they charge. No breakfast but cereal and bagels, and the pool was closed for maintenance. Also found a half of a pill on the bedframe by the pillow area.

It was better than nothing but likely won’t stay again

The bed was damp because of the humidity in the room! My one pillow had a ton of lil lumps in it! The room smelled musty and just felt very wet and crusty! Smelled like weed! The worker at the front desk did not give me my I.D back right away and then when I asked for it he stayed outside and smoked awhile till he was done and I could get my id back then!

The other people next to us was yelling in the hallway and slamming their door alot thru the evening. I woke up at 3AM to our room full of pot smell. The people next to us was smoking pot. The hallway stunk. Our room was horrible. Too late to call front desk and be moved since we were leaving early. I had to sign upon getting my room no smoking. I'm sure that includes Marijuana also. If we could smell it I'm sure the workers could. My eyes were burning from it. It was that strong.

Great Experience during a Difficult Time!!

I had gotten sick while in Ohio and wound up in the hospital. I was discharged from the hospital about 4 PM and went directly to the hotel. The front desk staff that checked me in was absolutely amazing. I checked in quickly and efficiently and was resting in no time. I was not sure if I would be able to drive the next day, so the front desk staff allowed me to extend my stay if necessary.

The worst trip we took thanks to the poor condition of the hotel, cockroaches everywhere, in my son's cereal, in his food, everywhere. We asked to change rooms, they changed us and it was just as dirty. Thank God we are leaving safe and sound.

Everything. The facility was dirty. Our room was dirty. Stains on the comforter and pillows. There was visible water damage from the ceiling down the wall in our room and you could smell the mold.

Breakfast? Sparse not as pictured 8. Phone in room not ever connected at wall not working 9. Towels? Given basically hand towels instead of reg towels/ 2nd day we did finally get full sized towels.

If you're looking for a clean room and a comfortable bed, this is an acceptable place to stay.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Good location.

If you're going to remodel while there are people staying in the hotel, they should at least throw away their trash as they go. There were piles of carpet scraps and vinyl baseboard in the halls both nights I was there. I also like the new look, but the painters weren't very careful because there were drops of dried paint on the floor, bathtub, counter, and headboard. I hope you'll be putting lamps back in the room also, because the wall lights are insufficient.

There was a loud party (music, people yelling) at 3:45 a.m. in the parking lot right next to my room. I tried calling the front desk to complain and nobody picked up. When I complained upon checkout, the front desk lady said she knew about the party and didn't do anything about it.

service was terrible. No room service or even towel service. when I went to front desk to request more towels.. I had to follow the woman to the laundry where they rolled their eyes at me because I requested 4 towels and wash clothes (one fir each person in the room). and then she gave me 2 towels, 2 bath mats that she said were towels and 2 wash cloths. The breakfast was not great., no creamer for coffee or lids, no napkins (said they were out).. very rude male employee manning the breakfast station. Old worn down accommodations but fairly clean.
