Hotel was dirty for my friend that got a room had hair on the toilet seat, the door had crow bar marks on it from someone trying to break in & the floor was disgusting , The room I was suppost to get they called the same day and cancelled because someone extended their stay.

Very noisy place to stay

The place was very loud during the night. I was put in a room that shared a door with another room. Those people were very loud and the sound came in through the shared door. Also, people outside were making noise. I could not sleep.

Room was the nastiest I've ever seen. Stained bedding, hair all over the bedding and mattress and headboard/frame. Toilet seat had hair on it. Floors where discusting and sticky. Room had a bad odor. Entry door lockset barely worked, probably due to the door being broken into several times.

The location was perfect. Quick access to hwy with lots of food options within close vicinity

The hotel is so run down. Old and broken. Very dirty looking. We stayed for 3 nights and we didn't get any housekeeping during our stay. We also didn't get any clean towels even when we asked for it. We were told that they don't have any clean ones currently ready. We asked 3 times. Every time we got the same answer. Walls are paper thin. We could hear the entire conversation from the next room. The electrical plugs were all exposed. Definitely not pet or kid friendly. Microwave had no tray.

The staff was very accommodating when we needed to check in early.

Our frig didn't work but we didn't fuss about it because we were in our room but to sleep. Had to ask for new towels being there for four days and the gentleman at the front desk seemed like I was bothering him.

Paid twice.

The hotel itself was fine, some minor issues but normally expected for a budget stay.

I was charged twice! I pre-paid for this booking then was charged again when I arrived. I asked for a receipt several times so I could raise this with booking.com but I still haven't been sent one. Edited addition: I have noticed that I have had a response - to be clear I had made several attempts to request a receipt from the hotel so that I could dispute this issue with booking.com. I am unable to raise this issue without proof of the fact I had made a purchase. I requested a receipt of my payment (which I had to do on site) by phone call, email and through booking.com communications and I have been ignored. If you could please send me a receipt then I will gladly remove this review, thanks.

Close to the highway

The door didn't lock. Staff didnt seem to think that was a problem. There were wine stains on the sheets and wall, neither had been cleaned. I should have left but I was so exhausted. I didn't bring anything inside. Slept in my clothes and almost left them behind. Nothing had been cleaned for many guests. Also, the door didn't lock. Just wanted to make that clear. Was not going to leave a review, but I got a request to do so by email, so, they literally asked for it. No, you could not pay me to stay at another Red Roof.

Traveled 7 hours from Michigan to Ohio for them to call us and say they gave our rooms away.

When they gave our rooms away they said it wasn’t their problem. And hung up.

The stay was good for the one night

The location to the interstate and rear close to the hospital for my knee surgery

It’s outdated and needs renovated. I was there to have knee surgery the next morning and the commode was close to the floor. It was all I could do to sit down and get up. It could’ve been higher.

I didn’t like the bugs crawling on the floor, The tv going in an out every couple mins. The a/c didn’t work. Not a very good hotel at all. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

Horrible experience and hotel in a good area.

The staff wasn't too friendly or helpful. The room itself smelled like cigarettes, the eletrical outlet for the AC unit was fried so we did not use the AC, ants in the room, and overall not clean and horrible hotel to stay at. We left after the first of 2 nights and asked for a refund for night 2.
