Amazing place to stay!

We stayed here with a group of friends and absolutely loved it. The place is spacious, comfortable, and much better than what we usually end up with when traveling together. The beds are large and cozy, the kitchen is well-equipped and big enough for group cooking, and having two toilets was a huge convenience. In the evenings, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and we really enjoyed being able to sit outside in the garden to eat and chat. The amenities were also a big plus — a washing machine and dryer were available, which made things so much easier for our group. The bathroom deserves a special mention: it was not only super clean but also very modern and well-designed.

If we had to point out a couple of small downsides, the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking, and a few of the dining chairs were worn out, sinking in the middle when you sat on them. However, these were minor issues compared to how much we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely accommodation and views. Nice modern layout/ design. Nice to have washing facilities, although didn’t use. Great shower!

Just missing a few things. Locks on bathrooms doors. A broom to sweep up would be helpful. A handle for one of the external doors to go from dining room to outside.

An excellent price, nice country area just outside of the main city which was a short drive away.

The staff was friendly. The room extremely nice, large room, and great for the whole family. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It was in a great quiet location. The room was clean. The shower and bath top notch. The location and room size was perfect for my dogs and family. A wonderful working kitchen with coffee makers, stove, and everything I needed. This was exactly what we were looking for.

There was no airconditioning. I expect this was usually not an issue if not for high-summer. They did furnish us a great fan to cool the room down with and there was plenty of sliding glass doors that could be opened for airflow. Also, there was an internal airflow fan for the room itself. Even with this one negative, I'd gladly stay there again.

We had the best time, everything was great and we felt very safe.

The house was perfect! It was equipped with everything we needed and the owners left tea and coffee for us upon arrival and ice in the freezer.

Everything was perfect! One of the owners kindly took myself and my friends to lidl so we could do a big shop on our first morning and then brought us home.

Spacious, clean and functional apartment. Recommended!

Top quality apartment! It was very bright, spacious and quiet, super clean and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Basic necessities were provided: tea, coffee, bottles of water, soap, shampoo, sponge, dish soap, detergent for the washing machine... Highly appreciated! A baby bed and high chair were also available for my 18 months daughter. Cherry on the cake: the nice view on the fields.

Two downsides: the ventilation makes a little bit of noise and the "open" bedrooms (that can be closed via sliding doors) don't protect against the noise in the living room. It was not really a problem for us, though.

clean well maintained simple countryside house with splendid view on the fields friendly and caring owner that is always there to help to make the stay nicer beautiful country side with cycling and walking routes all around

there are no walls between the rooms in our case a bit inconvenient since I had to make early morning calls for work

Fantastic weekend!

This is a very comfortable and good value place for a family weekend. We rented 2 ‘flats’ so we could use one of them to talk and stay up late and the other one for the smaller kids to sleep in. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are big and seem brand new incl a bath and shower. Great garden from our rooms in the back of the property, very well equiped kitchen so we had dinners in the sun in the garden with view on the fields. The owner is super sweet and helpful. This was perfect for us.

Not so much of an issue for us but good to know for people with younger kids who need to sleep before the adults: the rooms are not closed off as the wall is more like a room divider. So the people sleeping in one flat can hear each other.

It was a wonderful 7 night stay at the Landlord for a family of 4.

If you enjoy the open spaces of a farmstead as much as me, you will certainly enjoy this holiday apartment. We are a family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in July in an inner unit at the Landlord. Mornings and evenings we loved going for walks in the fields and paths behind our holiday home. During the days we visited in and around the historical cities of Leuven and Brussels. We appreciated the big bathroom and the very generous hot water in the shower and bath. The kitchen was well stocked (Note: we had no dishwasher and no oven, but it did not bother us). The rooms are separated by sliding divisions, and you will have to share the noise in the unit. We also enjoyed the owner's excellent, beautiful restaurant nearby.

Le séjour était pour nous idéal pendant les travaux de notre nouvelle maison.

Le charmant accueil du propriétaire et du concierge toujours prêts à vous aider en cas de besoin.

La vue sur la droite de la chambre donnant sur la ferme voisine, tracteurs, outillages etc….. De la cuisine la vue donnait sur la campagne.

Für den Aufenthalt mit Hund einfach perfekt! Mega sauber und einfach nur riesig!

Die Ferienwohnung war riesig! Für uns mit Hund einfach perfekt - barrierefrei, luftig, bodentiefe Fenster, tolle Umgebung, super Restaurants in der Nähe (per Auto max. 10 Minuten). Handtücher in rauhen Mengen, Waschmaschine, Trockner, großer Parkplatz, es fehlte einfach an nichts. Durch die Schiebetüren konnten wir die zwei großen Schlafzimmer trennen, jeder hatte seine eigene Toilette und die (großen) Hunde hat jede Menge Platz. Einfach toll!

ruim en mooi appartement, goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Leuven

het is een ruim appartement en voorzien van alle gemakken zoals wasmachine en droger ruime badkamer en nog een 2e toilet. Wij hadden prachtig uitzicht op weilanden. er zijn voldoende handdoeken etc en in de koelkast lekkere flessen spa

het is goed om te weten dat je echt in een dorpje zit dus weinig voorzieningen in de beurt, al zijn er wel ook winkels in de buurt.

Logement très spacieux et très bien équipé ! On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin dans chaque pièce (pas de lave vaisselle c’est tout). Situé au calme. Seul bémol pour les personnes sensibles à la luminosité et qui dorment dans l’obscurité, à noter qu’il n’y a pas de volets.

Naprosto nejlepší ubytování, které jsme dosud měli. Velké prostory, možnost venkovního posezení, uvnitř zařízení naprosto super. Vybavení maximální, včetně kávy a čaje zdarma. Naprosto perfektní bylo vybavení pračkou a sušičkou. Zevnitř vypadá objekt ještě mnohem lépe než zvenku.

Zeer groot mooi onderhouden loft op de gelijkvloers met prachtig uitzicht. Vriendelijke gastheer met zeer snelle en goede communicatie met de juiste afspraken. Parkeergelegenheid voor alle auto’s Zeer ruime fietsenstalling op het einde van de brede gang voor onze 4 elektronische fietsen. De vakantiewoning is zeer rustig gelegen en toch dicht bij de fietsknooppuntennetwerk (Leuven, Diest, Baal, Scherpenheuvel). De concierge Laurence (in het engels en een beetje nederlands) heeft ons uitstekend ontvangen. Hij hielp ons ook als wij meer info nodig als wij specifieke vragen hadden bij een plots opgedoken ziekte. Wij zijn bij de gastheer in zijn restaurant (Jos Theys) gaan eten en het was superlekker. Wij zijn daar gastvrij ontvangen.

In de loft mankeert er toch een vaatwasmachine. Die kan zeker geplaatst worden naast de wasmachine. De afwasbak was iets te laag. Een vliegenraam is aangeraden om ons te beschermen tegen de vliegen en kan ook dienen om de loft te verluchten.
