Soggiorno breve ma tutto perfetto!

La struttura è pulitissima, curata e dotata di ogni comfort. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di usufruire del loro parcheggio a tariffe ottime. Abbiamo potuto fare colazione su una bellissima terrazza presso un’altra sede della struttura, a due minuti a piedi. Posizione strategica e accoglienza impeccabile.

La habitación cerca de la estación de Tren, céntrica, muy comoda, parece recien remodelado el baño, todo muy limpio, camas cómodas, excelente atención x WhatsApp del personal en todo momento, muy amables.

La habitación estaba en el tercer piso y el edificio no tiene ascensor. Fue un poco difícil subir con una persona adulta mayor y la maleta. Además el desayuno, que se sirve en un café muy cercano es limitado a un jugo de naranja, un café y un croassant. Si queremos algo más, hay que pagarlo. Sería bueno incluir un desayuno más completo

Se non fosse per la notte rimasti fuori, era tutto SUPER OK

Pensavamo di fare la colazione nella struttura, invece si fa al bar di fronte. Per la posizione ok, ma non si trova al indirizzo scritto. ..si trova da un altra parte, dentro un grande palazzo, insieme ad altri alloggi e B&B.

Una cosa molto importante, che bisogna essere reperibili, 24 su 24, visto che l'ingresso alle camere e tramite una tastiera touch (con pin), nel momento che non funziona il pin, loro devono risolvere il problema...noi siamo rimasti fuori in strada per una notte, perché nessuno ci ha risposto.

La Spezia - Lerici - 5Terre tutte ad un tiro di schioppo POSIZIONE TOP

La camera a noi riservata “Lorenzo” si trova in un palazzo in piazza Saint Bon, posizione perfetta sia perché da lì parte il viale centrale della vita di Laspezia che porta sino al porto, inoltre a 200 metri c’è la stazione X partire a visitare le 5 terre. Davvero posizione top non potevamo trovare di meglio! Inoltre la colazione compresa(bevanda calda + brioche+ succo) servita nel Bar Élite è buona e brioche ottime! E sopratutto è appena fuori dal palazzo. Non come per altre camere sempre del Glam Resort che si trovano in vie limitrofe ma comunque più lontane. Infine consiglio il parcheggio convenzionato nei servizi GlamResort che per 20 euro al giorno è un ottimo compromesso rispetto i prezzi dei parcheggi blu o il parcheggio della stazione di cui non ci sono recensioni positive…parcheggio prenotabile dal loro link. Non si tratta cmq di un hotel, non c’è reception né personale, si fa tutto via mail o whatsapp, il check in, l apertura delle porte digitali , ecc. Ma è tutto talmente ben organizzato che non crea nessun problema la mancanza di persone fisiche a cui chiedere anzi via whatsapp l assistente dedicata è sempre disponibile a rispondere e trovare la soluzione giusta e fornire consigli di viaggio e link utili! Grazie Asia. Ci si vedrà sicuramente l’anno prossimo !! Noi in 3 con bimbo di 7 anni siamo stati benissimo grazie. PS vicino c’è di tutto supermercati ristorantini fornerie…. Consiglio come sempre la pescheria al porto dove mangiare self-service SUPERBENISSIMO spendendo pochissimo come da scontrino !!! Top laspezia

L’accueil a été parfait. La personne a été très sympathique. Elle m’a contacté par WhatsApp. Elle m’a donné plein d’informations sur les environs, j’ai vraiment apprécié ses conseils, l’appartement en lui même et très spacieux et très grand, le seul point négatif de cette nuit passé, et simplement le confort de la literie, que ce soit du côté du lit, adulte ou du lit, enfant pour tout le reste, c’était parfait.

Du bien ET du moins bon...

L'emplacement à 3 minutes de la gare de La Spezia, qui permet de prendre le train pour les Cinque Terre, est top. A côté de la gare, à proximité des commerces, et en même temps, le logement se situe dans un petit passage extrêmement calme, qui donne l'impression d'être loin du centre : super ! On a pu approcher la voiture au pied de l'immeuble et prendre le temps de descendre tranquillement les bagages. Le logement était très propre, équipements modernes, avec un coffre et un mini frigo, très appréciables. L'assistant personnel (une IA ?) hyper réactif et qui a résolu notre problème d'accès en 5 minutes.

Nous pensions réserver dans un hôtel, ce n'est pas le cas, c'est un logement (chambre/ salle de bain) dans un immeuble (typique de la ville, sympa), mais cela nous a surpris. Du coup, pas d'interaction, d'échange avec des humains... Nous aurions aimé savoir que nous réservions pour une chambre au 3ème étage sans ascenseur ( une double volée d'escaliers pour chaque étage : si vous avez un problème de jambes, passez votre chemin...). Présence d'une climatisation ( super, il faisait 38 degrés en ce mois d'août !), mais qui au déclenchement et à l'arrêt faisait un bruit épouvantable : en journée, ce n'est pas un souci, vu le peu de temps passé dans le logement, mais pour dormir, horrible, réveil à chaque redémarrage. On a acheté des bouchons d'oreilles, pour atténuer un peu l'inconfort, mais vraiment pas top. Le petit déjeuner : un bon à présenter dans un bar à proximité, pourquoi pas. Mais accueil franchement pas agréable pour les clients avec les bons. Minimum syndical : une viennoiserie + un jus de fruits + une boisson chaude ( le café long ou allongé n'est pas compris avec le bon, notre fille qui voulait un chocolat chaud a eu droit à un verre de lait chaud et une mini pincée de cacao sur le dessus, là encore ça ne marche pas avec le bon, rien à voir avec un petit déjeuner pris et compris avec une chambre d'hôtel.

La décoration ancienne donne du cachet à la chambre, climatisée, tout était bien propre, la chambre est bien située à deux pas de la gare, le contact par whatsapp se fait facilement et les réponses aux questions sont rapides et claires!

Molto vicino alla stazione.

Scomodo raggiungere la stanza , in un palazzo in cui l’ascensore è piccolissimo, i corridoi per raggiungere la stanza molto bui. Vergognoso far pagare la colazione al bar per un cornetto, un bicchiere di latte e un succo che era per il 90% composto da acqua. Bisogna assolutamente specificare che la colazione è al bar.

Dieses Hotel liegt nahe am Bahnhof und daher war es für uns ideal um die täglich die verschiedenen Ausgangspunkte zu erreichen. Posizione a 5 minuti dalla stazione ottima per raggiungere le Cinque Terre ma anche centrale per visitare La Spezia o uscire a cena la sera. Camera pulitissima e ben equipaggiata tra frigo e macchinetta del caffè Nespresso con capsule omaggio. Checkin automatizzato e veloce e abbiamo gradito molto le informazioni e guide. Staff pulizie molto gentile. Gestione ben oltre le aspettative, consigliata!

la camera affaccia su una via trafficata e pertanto se apri le finestre è rumorosa, tuttavia la camera è ben insonorizzata.
