The property is in an excellent location walking distance to the Market and lots of restaurants. The additional facilities for our family were fabulous. Fridge and washing machine. Lives sitting in the balcony watching the life below.
We could not get the hot water to work??

Accommodating family room comfortable for our group of 9 people. Perfect location for exploring the old and French quarters of Hanoi. Lively area with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas at your door. Also, the host Mr Son was wonderful and provided us with many options of places to eat and visit.

Landlord seems helpful and share some good things to do in the area -
Spacious place -
Very dirty air conditioning system -
A bit dump/humid atmosphere when you first get into the flat -
The fact that the kitchen and bathroom are separated from the bedroom (need to go through the main common staircase / corridor to access it)
In reality the apartment is darker that the photos are showing -
