Haki Home Old Quarter

I had a very comfortable stay at this studio. The room was modern, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. The furniture and appliances were in excellent condition, and the overall space was clean and comfortable. The location was one of the biggest advantages right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and major attractions. The building also has an elevator, which made carrying luggage much easier. The entrance is through a café, but the directions were clear and easy to follow, so I had no trouble finding it

the room had no window or natural daylight. It was difficult to tell whether it was morning or evening, or even if it was raining outside. If having natural light is important to you, this is something to keep in mind.

Location is unbeatable.

1. The property is more like Airbnb than serviced apartment. (Not accusing anyone here, as I am not sure whose responsibility it is in causing the confusion / misunderstanding.) 2. Rooms ending with "02" have no proper window, and so views are not great. More importantly, airflow / ventilation is a bit of a problem. Aircon cannot really replace fresh air... 3. The room really should have been cleaner. (This is not difficult to achieve, and should have been done.)
