Space, we booked two apartments for 4 people and had enough space for everybody.
It was safe there, going through a cafe.
Elevator in the building.
The host was incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive. She arranged a taxi driver to take us to the airport, and gave us a map and informed us about different events happening that day in Hanoi.
Thank you!
I would love to drink coffee early in the morning, but the cafe was opening later in the morning, and there was no coffee in the apartment.

Location is right in the middle of old quarter. Nice to have an apartment with all facilities after we have been backpacking for a month! We really liked the bathroom. Easy and convenient to find and check in. Our host (didn’t catch her name, sorry!) was such a lovely lady who could not have been more helpful if she tried. She checked in with us via WhatsApp if we needed anything extra and offered to give tips or advice if needed. It’s located above a nice coffee shop too which is a bonus. Bed was very comfortable and even though the property is extremely central, we were never bothered with any noise and felt very peaceful during down time in the apartment.
