Nous avons adoré cet appartement dans le Vieux Quartier de Hanoi ! Spacieux, très propre et vraiment confortable, il est parfaitement équipé pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. La literie est excellente et la cuisine bien fournie. L’emplacement est idéal : en plein cœur du quartier historique, on vit une expérience authentique et pittoresque. Tout est à proximité : restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, supérettes et marchés animés. La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente, très réactive et attentionnée. Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème durant notre séjour. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour découvrir Hanoi comme un local. Je recommande vivement !

L’appartement lui-même est spacieux, propre et bien équipé, mais l’accès est compliqué. Il faut passer par l’entrée d’un petit restaurant de rue et monter un escalier assez raide jusqu’au 3ème étage, ce qui demande une bonne agilité. À l’intérieur, il y a également un escalier entre les niveaux qui peut être difficile pour les personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Le Vieux Quartier est très animé (ce qui est un plus pour certains), mais cela implique aussi beaucoup d’odeurs culinaires dans la rue qui peuvent surprendre. Si vous recherchez un accès facile ou un quartier plus calme, cet appartement n’est probablement pas le plus adapté. Bonne communication par contre et quartier très bien situé pour les amateurs d’atmosphère locale.

Location, nice and quiet at night and property has balconies, the host was helpful and both apartments was a good size with all that was needed. Smart TV, Plenty of towels, fan, aircons, etc. Great amenities, fully equipped kitchen. Nice decoration. Be vary that the apartments require walk up the stairs. Easy self-check in.

Bottom floor apartment had visible damage on ceiling wall from leak. Nothing to off putting, but worth to mention for other guests.
