Everything was great besides AC, was not working well

The room was a true haven in a busy city: comfortable, cool, and spacious. Aircon, Tv, balcony, first floor. It had everything I needed for exploring the old town, with most places within walking distance and inexpensive transport readily available. Michael was an outstanding host, helping to arrange transport, laundry services, and even my extended stay. Highly recommended

The staff and the manager were all welcoming and incredibly accommodating - they even let me store my luggage traveling outside the city. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was amazing, the location couldn’t be better. To top it all off, the coffee shop right in the building serves delicious desserts that you definitely shouldn't miss! We couldn't have asked for a better base in Hanoi. Highly recommend staying here - I would love to come back!
Nothing!
