The staff were exceptional, Eric was great and made us feel very welcome on arrival. Other members of staff were very kind and helpful throughout the days. The location was also excellent in the old town, everything was within walking distance.
At night we did not hear any noise from road traffic however if you are a light sleeper there are some internal noises from thin walls and doors. Other than that the stay was 10/10.

Really amazing place to stay. The rooms are so modern and genuinely spotless. The shower got so nice and hot and the water pressure was also great. We loved that the bed had a real duvet as it kept us nice and warm while the air con kept the room cool. I genuinely cannot fault home en Lagom as a place to stay in Hanoi. The location was also great we were in a short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. To top it all off the coffee shop downstairs had wonderful drinks. Some of the best matcha I’ve had in Vietnam and their tiramisu iced latte is also delicious. The service was also amazing, the owner was so kind and all of the staff in the coffee shop were also so friendly.
