All facilities that one needs for a service apartment which is not easy to find in Hanoi.
The apartment is very spacious indeed.
Neat and clean. VP bank ATM is 300 meters away which is a big plus as well.

My stay was very comfortable. I am pleased with the apartment. It's possible to cook and do laundry. The neighborhood is great. Many restaurants within walking distance.
I didn't like that there were no windows in the bathroom to let the steam out. Also, the walls can be too thin if your next door guest wants to be loud in the middle of the night.

Great location, very comfortable for 4 people.
The TV had a screen problem (was cracked) so we could not watch a movie

位置很好，在使馆区，周围徒步可达。
另外店家态度很好，指引很清晰，入住三天第二天提出搞卫生也有人及时来搞卫生。
门口楼梯的霉味要清理。
房间里洗手间的角落清洁。
