Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location with easy walking distance to the Old Quarter. Clean, tidy and comfortable bedrooms, kitchenette and little lounge.
The smaller room had slow shower drainage in the ensuite.

I loved my entire 3-night stay here. It was the exact rest I was looking for after long trips from Sapa and Ha Long Bay. The property has a good system in terms of access, communication from/with the staff was efficient, the property is clean, well-maintained, and strategically located (peaceful and close to great boutique clothing shops and local eateries), and the staff were quite nice and helpful. Reasonably priced and definitely worth the money!
