Su Casa Hanoi Old Quarter

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem angenehm ruhig, sodass wir nachts ungestört schlafen konnten. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns außerdem, dass das Zimmer sehr geräumig war und viel Platz geboten hat. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Die Ausstattung war teilweise etwas einfach. Es fehlten beispielsweise Kaffeebecher sowie Nachttischlampen, was den Komfort etwas eingeschränkt hat. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch sehr gut, sodass diese kleinen Kritikpunkte unseren Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt haben.

Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis hatten wir uns unser Zimmer zum Early Check-In gesichert. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, Die Englischkenntnisse des Personals etwas holperig, aber wir haben uns trotzdem gut verständigt. Gut isoliert, Straßenlärm nicht zu hören, haben super geschlafen.

Traveled with my family of 13 members and had a wonderful stay here. We booked 4 rooms, including 2 BHKs and a single room. Since the property has only 6 rooms in total, it almost felt like a private home with most of the place occupied by our family. The location is excellent, right in the prime Old Quarter area and very close to Train Street, which made exploring very convenient. For Indian vegetarian food lovers, restaurants like Ram Krishna and Gujarat also deliver directly to the hotel, which was a big plus for our family. The staff was very helpful, polite, and ensured regular cleaning throughout our stay. We also appreciated their understanding and hospitality when a few napkins were accidentally stained, as they did not charge us anything extra for it. Another great feature was the double-door safety system with locks and keys, which added an extra sense of security. The only small inconvenience was having to manage the locking and unlocking repeatedly during late-night entries. Overall, it was a comfortable, safe, and homely experience for a large family group. Would definitely recommend for family stays.

A few areas for improvement: the lift and staircase are quite narrow, so carrying luggage required multiple rounds, especially for a large family group. Also, the single room did not have a good view, so if possible, I would recommend booking a 1 BHK by paying a little extra. Early check-in was unfortunately not provided and additional charges were applied for it.
