Lua Home

The flat is in a very good condition, with everything you might need. Lua is a great host, ready to help with anything we might need. She welcomed us with a plate of bananas, gave as a lot of information and she also had shampoo and body wash. Really nice apartment near train station and very close to the city on foot. You have to get through a shop to get to the buildings door, but we found it really funny and unusual! Overall, i believe that it’s a really nice place to spent some days in Hanoi.

Fantastic location, nice owners, and super clean ;) I stayed there for almost a month and it was the best option !

Sometimes, it is noisy on a street. But you come to a city of 8 million people so don't be surprised;)

amazing apartment in the most perfect location. lovely family run apartment. it’s in behind a clothing store which can be inconvenient at times but all in all this place is amazing. big space, firm bed (you get used to it), brilliant balance of being close to tourist attractions and yet authenticity Vietnamese experience

good location. nice host who left us bananas. Overall for the price it was fine, would’ve been a 10 if there was all the facilities available that were advertised.

i only booked for the “fully equipped kitchen” and washer that was listed but there was not a stovetop, toaster, or a washing machine. the host wanted a million dong deposit, not listed and i had to leave vietnam after this stay so it was a bit inconvenient but we did get it back after a look through. we arrived after check in and the host misread our arrival time, it was only a minor issue there… but the trash was not changed and there was things(cond*ms) left from the previous tenant. the host returned later to give us the hot water kettle they cleaned… only to find the next morning that there was worms in the bottom part (not in the reservoir), but where the kettle meets the stand.
