The apartment is so cozy, comfortable, and feels like home. It is quiet, I slept very well. There is a hot and cold shower. Towels, and shampoos are available. I appreciate the snacks provided as a welcome gift to us. The water is potable since it is filtered. There is a hairdryer, iron and iron board, cloth dryer rack,. Things for cooking, we actually cooked some of our meals since they provided salt, and oil. The location is walking distance from the Temple of Literature, there are many restaurants around the area. We loved the bun Cha at the corner, the one facing the temple. Ardor coffee shop is also a must try. We enjoyed the Bingxue ice cream/boba shop. The staff are great especially Yang. They provided tissue and plastic garbage. We also borrowed umbrellas when it rained. They also arranged airport pick up for a reasonable price. Don't worry about the deposit money, they give it back without drama as long as you keep the apartment like how you arrived. I highly recommend this apartment. PS Ho chi minh Musuleoum is walkable from the apartment. We watched the military routine at 6am.

Nothing in particular. Everything went well. I hope for a coffee machine, though there is a kettle, that would be all. Will book this again next time we visit Hanoi once again.

Perfect for long stays. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, fully stocked apartment. Very nice, comfy beds and linens, lots of hot water, great WiFi, filtered drinking water, lots of closet space. Stocked kitchen for cooking. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. Secure, gated facility. Great location close to everything, easy to get a ride and near the train.

It felt modern, spacious and somewhat clean. It is close to Thang Long Citadel and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. The in-unit washer and dryer made laundry very convenient. Filtered water is available through a faucet by the kitchen sink. There are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Toilet paper can be refilled but you need to ask and wait an hour or two. Responses from staff from 9:00 to 21:00 were fairly quick.

Getting to the apartment would be difficult if you have a lot of luggage or strollers. Cars cannot drive into the alley to get the apartment. If you enter from the street south of the alley, you will traverse potholes. The street to the north side has more motor traffic but the walk is smoother. Staff could have been clearer with the best way of getting there. After many hours to get there, the check-in process involved sitting in the apartment's kitchen table and reading and signing the contract. Although the contract was transparent, especially the rent and the deposit, it made me wary of the finer details. This was not reassuring especially after a long flight and Grab ride. I specifically requested that an extra bed be added. The app said the cost was free and staff confirmed that this could be done. Upon arrival, I was told the bed was not added and that it would cost money. After discussing, we were told that adding a bed could be possible at zero cost. I would have hoped that a bed be added in the first place. The queen bed had many hairs on the bedsheets and pillows. There were many ants in the kitchen. The cleaning ladies would cook often, making the ground floor and elevators smell of fish sauce. The deposit could not be returned early due to apartment policy, and as I had to check out early morning and catch a flight, I had to await the cleaning lady for my 2 mil VND. The cleaning lady came in and asked via translator app if the deposit had already been returned by the owner, even though we were explicitly told that the cleaning lady would return the deposit in cash. I think the cleaning lady wanted to take advantage of the language barrier to keep the deposit for herself if I said anything other than "no." The food prices nearby are higher and the food is catered more for tourists. The apartment has signs of damage from prior guests, which made me concerned about being blamed for the damage.
