Good room, great location in central area, easy access to attractions and markets, facilities as expected and a nice small balcony to enjoy the lively outside scene, a lift for managing luggage to higher floor, the entry is through a small but popular banh-mi shop. Host was friendly, overall really nice stay.

My check in was delayed unexpectedly and they helped with this.
The room covers all the basic needs.
The room has no window.
The room is shabby.
I cut my foot on a broken tile in the bathroom doorway.
